I decided not to go back because of their discourteous treatment and high fee. I went to a long-established CPA for 2018 who immediately saw errors in my previous return. That delay is entirely on them, and we are the ones paying the price. This has resulted in serious financial setbacks and an enormous waste of our time trying to fix a problem that should have never existed in the first place. Even worse, when we brought this to Carlos's attention, he was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed zero accountability.
