Southwest towing arrived 15 minutes earlier than requested and was able to maneuver the truck on to a flatbed from a perpendicular position. I forgot to ask the name of the very personable tow guy but he was an expert at his job and he even dropped my key off in the lock box at the repair place so I didn't have to drive over there. 5 stars. Excellent price. It cost less for this tow than it cost to have my truck pulled 10 feet out of the mud in my driveway, and there was much more time involved with this one.

Chimi assured us of the time he would arrive, and he came with water and had us sit in his air conditioned truck while he quickly towed my car to a safe location and put on our spare.
