When we showed up, unfortunately they did not have a car for us because of unforeseen circumstances. However, they made sure we were able to continue our day by driving us where we needed to go until a car came in. We've dealt with Enterprise in Prince George many times, and we've enjoyed it each time. That's why we decided to go with them again in Medicine Hat, because we love the great service. They have quite the selection of vehicles, I'd love to rent the Audi, but the boss probably wouldn't want to pay for that rental. Either way, if you need a car and would like to get some exceptional service, this is the place to go!

So we interrupted our sleep only to be told by a very rude front desk gal about the $75 charge. Would have preferred that info when we checked in and then we would have simply slept until 10:30. Not the first time we've had rude staff here on a power trip treating guests like they aren't the ones keeping the lights on at this place.

Check in was fine but none of us were given information about how to log into the wifi. I was able to figure it out on my own but it definitely wasn't intuitive. The room itself was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the pillows were extremely hard and bothered my neck. One of my colleagues made a similar comment about them as well. I also wasn't able to fully shut the drapes which let in too much light in the morning. The biggest issue with the room was that the outlets on the bedside table are too large for a standard plug. My iphone charger would fall right out of it and the USB plugs didn't work. Again, a colleague had the same issue in her room. I did really enjoy the complimentary breakfast. It had a good selection of vegetarian options for me though I could have done with a bit more fresh fruit.
