Since this was a junior 5 year passport, no renewing without an in-person meeting. We had literally no days to spare, and Maggie made it all happen on time. She helped me correct all of the errors in my documents, then secured us the final slot in Tx for our review and got the new passport to us ahead of schedule. I had a wonderful experience joining a memorable Japan tour organized by Feti Travel in June 2026!…read moreThe trip was very well organized, and everything was arranged thoughtfully, which made the entire journey comfortable and enjoyable. One of the things I appreciated most was how cost-effective the tour was. Considering the itinerary, transportation, accommodations, and overall experience, I felt that we received excellent value for the money. It was a great way to visit Japan without having to spend too much time and effort planning everything ourselves. The tour allowed us to see many beautiful and interesting places in Japan, experience the local culture, and enjoy delicious food along the way. The schedule was also well planned and the local tour guide was so friendly and personable, so we really enjoyed our time during this trip. Overall, I am very happy that I joined in this tour. I would definitely recommend Feti Travel to anyone since I know this agency organize a lot of tours at different countries, especially those looking for a well-organized and affordable tour with great value for the price.

I was called by an "account manager" letting me know she could not secure an appointment in time for my travel. She said she will cancel the order and I will receive a refund. I called a week later and spoke to Patty. She said she will request again and it should take 7 days. Needless to say, today is July 22 and no refund received. I called weekly and was always told the same. Patty seems to be gone as her voice mails says she is out for a few days. Each time I call, I was transferred to "finance" and got voice mail. Last week, I spoke to Sierra, who told me she will send an urgent alert to "finance" and will send me a confirmation email. Guess what I never received ? I called today and was placed on hold for 45 minutes, then disconnected. I called the main number and no answer. I called from another number and the same agent, Emilio, I spoke to earlier picked up and proceeded to say he is getting a supervisor, only to be placed on hold another 30 minutes before getting a general voicemail. It is very sad this organization is taking advantage of people likely in a desperate situation.
