If you're just going in for eyebrow waxing or eyebrow threading, you don't even need an appointment. You just walk in, type your name and phone number into the little iPad kiosk, and wait to be called. They are SO quick. I'm talking maybe five minutes per person quick. I've been there several times now, and every single lady I've had has done a great job. It's not just one person in particular. They all seem skilled, friendly, and efficient. It's located in Dilworth in the shopping center with the Harris Teeter. I really like that area because there's plenty of parking and a bunch of other little shops around there too. Super easy to get to. Overall, great service every time I've gone. Definitely recommend. 10 out of 10.

Walked in and the check in girls were on the phone, when they both hung up they started talking so rude and disrespectfully about the customers on the phone calls.. full volume right infront of me as I waited for my appt! Was called back and my waxer didn't greet me, didn't instruct me on where to hang my purse.. to sit.. nothing. Same thing when she finished, just started cleaning up with nothing said. Went again .. final try in hopes it would be better and nope. Do not recommend this wax chain at all, in any state apparently. Ridiculous, they have such a bad reputation it's sad!

The booking online for EWC was very easy and user friendly with tons of options. The parking was easy also! Inside the store, we found a very clean and organized lobby with a very nice receptionist. The vibe is very modern but comfy. As soon as we checked in, my husband was taken back immediately and came out with a smile. His eye brows have never looked better AND he had no inflammation post waxing. They did a great job with high quality product. We will certainly be back (we booked a follow up appt). I certainly would recommend this place to any needing a wax here, there, or everywhere.

I first went to Heather to correct years of over waxing which left me with thin & uneven brows, not a good look. She shaped my brows so well. I personally think I aged backwards 5 years. Going from almost no brows to perfect for my face brow is life changing!! After the birth of my son I struggled with pigmentation issues on my lips. If you know, you know. It gave me a grayed look. Heather restored my lips, neutralized the dark pigment & left me with a beautiful natural pink shade that looks better than natural but no one would ever know they were permament makeup. Most recientley I went to Heather for a touch up on my brows. Once again she was able to shape & fill in holes/ faded spots ( I am terrable with SPF). I feel so confident, natural and semetrical with my brows & lips by Heather.

I'd like to preface I am not one to leave reviews-- but Hilary was the least welcoming beauty…read moreconsultant I have ever encountered. I came in with a smile excited to explore how I can tailor my brows the my face shape and learn how to maintain that by myself at home. She barely spoke to me, did not crack a smile, and did not even explain what she was doing to my eyebrows. I asked her if she was tinting them and she seemed annoyed at me even asking the question. A very cold human being. If you're new to doing brows, want an uplifting experience, or want what's in the description above, DO NOT go to this woman. I'm not sure how you can "create a long lasting relationship" or provide a "detailed consultation to understand your brow goals" when you don't even explain the process of what you're doing to MY FACE. "My goal is to help you feel confident, cared for, and on the path to your dream brows" is a false statement as she did quite the opposite and ruined my day. I asked her for a lighter color to fill mine in, but the "premium" pencil she handed to me is actually a shade darker than the shade I had on when I walked in the door. When I told her I was not happy with the result, her responses was "well that's just what you're working with with your eyebrows" and was genuinely so rude. She told me that I already know how to fill mine in so it was MY fault that I'm not happy with the service. She will most likely respond to this message with some customer service voice, but she is not what she makes herself out to be on her website. I should've asked for a refund but was genuinely too upset to even deal with it. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do better Hilary you're selling a false narrative for $100...

I live 30 mins from her work place and still go just for eyebrow waxing because she is the best (and yes, I tried other providers for comparison). She has a policy of not accepting clients past 7 mins late as this keeps everyone on track. So I can always expect her to be on time for me, which is appreciated.
