I booked here as there wasn't many options for the August bank holiday and was charged £81.
For £81 I would have liked a decent room, so checked in not long after the 3pm check in time. On arrival to the hotel there was no one at reception and had to ring some makeshift buzzer. I waited. and I waited. and I waited. Then when a receptionist finally got here he started repeating himself for some reason. Check in was quick and when I got to my room I discovered I had a pretty small room which was at the back of the hotel overlooking an alley and a multistory car park. No sea view for me then.
Outside my room was a load of used plates and cutlery which isn't what you want to be greeted with and given it was gone 3pm you would think housekeeping would have dealt with it.
The room was clean but there was a large damp patch on the wall which was coming through the wallpaper.
