This spot seemed geared towards tourists and shoppers in a mid-upper economic situation, as it's def on the pricier end from a quality and assortment perspective (think Bloomingdale's in NYC). There are signs posted on how to get tax refunds on purchases over a certain amount. That being said when I went mid-January they were having a fair amount of end of season sales across most retailers so shopping (or window shopping) can be an alternative activity for a rainy January day when it's not nice enough outside to enjoy the gorgeous views along the coast.
The store is divided into 5 stories (first floor being floor 0 in Europe). Floor 0 includes cosmetics and beauty, watches and accessories and a salon, plus individual shops for the luxury retailers like LV, Balenciaga, Gucci, etc. First and second floors are higher end and mid-high end women's apparel and additional accessories. Third floors is men's and fourth floor is everything else--furniture, home goods, gourmet foods, restaurant. Personally wish it carried more gourmet food items like the Paris locations, but I guess it's not as big as those locations so there's less selection.
