I have made several complaints and have been refunded on one occasion..however having been overcharged again I have had enough..am still waiting for a call back.I was charged £4.70 for a journey that is never more than £3.50/£3.70.It was a visit to the Drs so I just took the right money for the fare..thanks to them I had to walk back .I suffer from Emphysema and had to go to bed when I got home.Some of the drivers are helpful and will help with shopping and help you in the car...but they are too few.Yellow Star..remember..We have choices.
