Ralph seems to have been doing this type of work forever and he knows his business. Last year he fixed our washing machine. This week it was our dishwasher. Both times he worked quickly, cleanly, and only did what was needed to get things fixed - he didn't do any unnecessary work or say we needed parts that we didn't need or anything like that.
