I have NO clue in the world how Trappe got one star at all.. now there are a couple providers who might consider a different career path.. but I've had my children there since I moved back to Pennsylvania.. my sister had/has all of her children.. all the way up to her 23 yo daughter! Dr. Brogan is amazing, He founded the practice. Dr. Kauffman had a spinal injury and still wheels herself into the room and is not looking at a clock or worried about insurance papers.. you're all that matters.. the parent as well as the child. They don't push vaccines on you and try to guilt trip you that you're killing your child, as well as the rest of the earth. The conversations are open and respectful. I delayed my now 9 yo's vaccines for 18 months.. OK, you've done your research, this is our opinion, here is some more articles. I feel I'm 100% respected. She's so good with my boys! We would have never known that my now 10 yo has precocious puberty without her insight..from listening! She could have said.. oh, he's a boy, he must have ADHD and pump him full of legal meth! Nope! It was blood work and a trip to an endocrinologist. I know for a fact that not one star under 5 is either provider! The best thing is it's a fairly large practice, (though not corporate feeling), so if you have a personality issue with one, just try another. That's anyone who's a human. read more

I decided to leave a review after reading the negative comments. My 2 children have been patients for over 10 years. We've consistently received excellent care. Nurses, Nurse practitioners, and doctors have gone above and beyond to provide care and resources when needed. Scheduling has always been easy and I find the staff very accommodating. I highly recommend them if you are seeking a pediatrician. read more

I was shocked to see the current yelp reviews for this practice, because for almost two years now we've had a great experience. From the first appointment three days after my son was born to deal with Jaundice, to vaccines and stomachs bugs -- you name it! The staff we've met with in person, as well as dealt when we've needed to speak with the on-call nurses has been great. Everyone has been friendly and knowledgeable and I've really enjoyed going to this practice for my sons care. read more

I don't know what the deal is with the reviews from several years ago but they do not describe my current experience with Trappe Pediatrics at all.. I have been taking my baby to Trappe Pediatrics since she was born and we absolutely Iove it there! Doctor Kauffman is who we usually see and she feels like a friend at this point - every visit is very personable, thorough and informative. As a new parent I had several days and nights where issues came up or I had questions about what's was normal for a newborn. I was able to call up and speak to the nurses and ask them anything. On multiple occasions we did quick zoom calls with Nurse Jen and Doctor Brogan. Both were wonderful and put my new parent fears to rest. I've never encountered any rudeness or mix ups from the staff and I've never had any problems scheduling appointments. To top it off there is usually zero wait time to be seen. Their hours are fantastic too (open until 9 most nights!) I highly recommend them! read more

BEWARE... Trappe Pediatrics allows the administrative staff (those that book appointments) to do the initial triage (the initial assessment and decision about the priority level of care to provide) to your child. 'IF' you can get an appointment with the pediatricians, they are wonderful (Dr. Brogan specifically). However, the administrative desk is not to be trusted with the health of anyone's child. I have been with this pediatrician practices for the past 5yrs. Since 2020, the capabilities of the administrative staff have declined. I highly recommend to other mothers, find another practice. read more

Our kids have been coming to this practice for seven years now and even my oldest son doesn't mind coming to see Dr. Brogan! When we first started coming here, he was in a different location and his practice wasn't nearly as big as it is today. He has a number of doctors and nurse practitioners helping him out. We've always found everyone that we've dealt with over the years to be friendly and great with the kids. While we generally see Dr. Brogan, we've seen all the others ones at one point or another. There's really only one doctor that we aren't overly fond of, mainly because he's misdiagnosed our kids on more than one occasion, resulting in additional doctor visits. We've had the unfortunate need to call them after hours or on weekends on plenty of occasions, and they are always quick to call back. I have no problem recommending this place to anyone looking for a pediatric doctor. read more

Giving two star for ONLY ONE good doc there (who is never available and cancels sooo many appointments on you). But you mostly deal with rude nurces and extremely rude front reception staff. They refused to see us when my kid had 105 fever and we needed a prescription for a better med (over the counter did not work) so we ended up going to ER and sat in line for nearly 4 hours (not the best experience with sick two year old). The registered nurce on duty will never pick up the phone and rarely calls back. Not what I expect from the office we have been going to since the baby was born. Last strike was: the office to reschedule same appointment 3 (!) Times (the initial appointment was made 6 months prior). If you a working parent like I am good luck getting off of work within 24 hour notice because your doc decided to take a day off. And then another one and then he is sick and after he is on vacation for two weeks... Ain't nobody got time for that. read more

My whole family has frequented this practice, and we are fed up. Skeletal care, poor communication, preoccupied staff, and abysmal follow up. They never call back when they say they will call you back. They don't give you test results; in order to get those you need to chase them for at least 2 weeks, and then they begrudgingly look it up. We have stayed here because of the convenient location, but we are finally moving on. You can get an appointment somewhat quickly here, but don't mistake the appointment for quality care; they want your co-pay, and they want to do as little as possible for it :) read more

I love trappe pediatrics. All the doctors take the time to answer all your questions and don't rush you out the door. The medical assistants and front desk staff are so friendly. When you call when they first open it does take a few minutes to speak to someone but I don't mind waiting. We have seen 4 of the doctors/np so far and love them all!! read more

I just changed my two kids to this practice and I was very impressed. I really truly felt they cared about my children's well-being. Dr. Warsi was outstanding. They MCA was friendly and knowledgeable. My kids barely knew they got vaccinations. Thank-you read more

There is a great family doctor here - Dr. Gina Rose. But the office is a big confusing mess. EVERY time I have called there for an appointment or with a question, I get the automated answering system. After extensive messages and choices, the wait time to actually talk to someone is over 5 minutes and sometimes I've hung up after 15 minutes waiting. I've been in the office several times and there are 4 or 5 people working there. Some appear to be doing paperwork but it seemed like most of the time, it was chit chat about family, movies, politics , etc.. They really need an office manager who is going to assure that they work, answer the phones and save the idle chat for lunch time. I've also stood at the window checking in for an appointment for 2 or 3 minutes looking stupid while the receptionist finished a conversation with a coworker about a pot roast. read more

Amazing practice with doctors, but since they have been with Einstein the service is terrible. You will wait for hours to get someone on the phone. Scary when you are at work trying to get an appt for a sick child and you cannot get help. read more

I have never had a problem with the doctors, but the front office staff leaves something to be desired. There have been a few instances where my child has been sick, and the answering service made me call back when they were open. They are supposed to open at 9 am, but the answering service was still picking up at 9:20 am. At one point, I just ended up taking my child to Urgent Care. Another time, we were told, as we were leaving one appointment, that we did not have to make an appointment for a follow-up shot. Thankfully I did call, just in case; I was told during that call that whoever told me was misinformed and that an appointment had to be scheduled. We are currently looking for a new pediatrician; if you can't get through the front office, forget getting through to a doctor. read more

The doctors are great, the front staff is awful. They are rude, they don't acknowledge you at the desk when you walk up to check in, I've heard them arguing on the phone with patients, hang up and complain about the patients to coworkers....all while the patients in the waiting room can hear everything. I've worked in doctor offices and hospitals and I was an office manager for years and they aren't great staff. We moved on to another office. read more

I have been taking my 4 children to Dr Brogan for over 15 years. I followed him to Trappe from King of Prussia. We still come here from K of P even though my two oldest are in college they have made a commitment to see my kids thru their college years. We absolutely love Dr Brogan, Dr Vitelli and Gail is the best! The office staff and the nurses are also the best. I have had to call the service on weekends and holidays and always got a prompt response. I have never had more than a 15 minute wait even with sick visits and they always get me in the day I call for a sick visit. There is sometimes a wait to get thru on the phone which can be frustrating but once thru the staff is very helpful. read more

We love Trappe Peds! We have not had a bad experience yet. I've never once felt rushed or passed over. Each provider has taken the time to answer all of my questions. We even had an issue with a pharmacy and the doctor called be himself. I wish the phone service was opened early or there was an hour in the morning for nurse-line phone calls. But over all we have no complaints. I know how much time is spent with our family and so when they are running a little behind I can understand, plus they all (assistants and providers) are always apologetic. read more

I am shocked by the reviews I am seeing because I have had nothing but great experiences here. I am been going to here for about 3 years and have never had ANY issues! They have always got me in for appointments ASAP and everyone has been very kind and helpful! read more

The communication of this Practice is very, very poor. Can not get through on the phone. Have waited 20 minutes and finally I hung up. Called late this afternoon, same thing. Don't waste your time with this practice as this has been an on going problem for at least a couple of years. They don't care! read more

We love this office! Always friendly and typically on time. The staff is excellent. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient of Trappe Family Practice since about 2001. I'm a 35 year old female. I saw Dr. O'donnell for years at Trappe Family Practice, and when he left about a year ago to pursue a better job opportunity I was very sad, to say the least. There was a new doctor to the practice. Her name is Dr. Gina Rose. I was only comfortable with Dr. O'Donnell in that practice out of all of the other doctors, to be completely honest. So when he left I needed to decide who I was going to see. So I decided to try out Dr. Rose. And boy let me tell you how relieved I was after meeting and talking with her. She is probably one of the most understanding, sympathetic and intelligent doctors I have ever met. Who knows her stuff!! I was worried that my health would just be covered up with medication. It seems that most doctors just send you on your way with a pill and will call it a day. Dr. Rose went through my history before she even entered the room, and she actually asked me how I was doing, and she meant it! It wasn't just your standard "how are you"? greeting. You could tell she was concerned and ready to listen. I have hypothyroidism and was diagnosed FINALLY by her, about a year ago! All of the other doctors would just do your standard thyroid test. She listened to me and saw how much I was in need of help and answers. After 4 years of suffering with hypothyroidism silently, I finally found out what was wrong with me. She was the one who went the extra mile and listened to me and was actually like partnering up with me for my health and my well being!! I asked if she could do specific blood tests and she said "let's do it, and let's add on these tests as well". That is the kind of family doctor everyone needs!! Dr. Rose IS that doctor who genuinely cares about her patients and she WILL LISTEN TO YOU! She still continues to listen to me and her and I have a great patient/Doctor relationship. That's how it should be for everyone! I'm so grateful that I gave her a try and that I can now call her MY DOCTOR! If you're looking for a doctor because of an insurance change or because you're not comfortable with your current doctor, I highly suggest that you give Dr. Gina Rose a chance. She's simply the best. I could go on and on about how great she is. If it weren't for her, I would have never got the answers I've been searching for with my thyroid and other health issues. She cares! And I am very grateful for her. After my daughter is out of her pediatric doctor, she will definitely be seeing Dr. Rose without a doubt. So glad Trappe Family Practice chose her to be a part of their team. read more

It's disappointing to read the few negative reviews. My oldest son has been going to Trappe Pediatrics for 16 years (daughter 11 years). In those years I wouldn't have even thought of going anywhere else. Dr. Brogan leads a crew of fantastic Dr.s/nurses/PA's/admin, etc. I have never had to wait on hold for more than a minute or two - I've always received same day call backs from nurses. Dr. Brogan specifically has bent over backwards to accommodate throughout the years. And for those of you who may have waited for longer than they want to..... book morning appointments or first after lunch. Fortunately, these staff members do NOT push you out the door to shuffle the next patient in. They take their time and listen and treat each patient and family with respect and kindness. read more

I have recently switched pediatricians due to issues with the last one. I came to Trappe hearing great things about it, and the location is very convenient. So far I have had two appointments for my son here. Trying to call and schedule/cancel an appointment can take up to an hour and a half, almost two hours waiting on hold, or for someone to answer the phone. When you finally get an appointment set and show up for it, the staff at the window are incredibly rude. One woman in particular, I truly don't understand how she's qualified to work there and able to treat people the way that she does. She will also shout out your personal information for everyone waiting in the lobby to hear as well. Her behavior working at this practice is nothing short of disgusting. Once you get through the obstacle of dealing with the horrid mess of the front staff, the doctor is truly amazing. She was wonderful with my son, he warmed up to her right away and the reason I will continue to still go here is because just that. But I will be looking into how to report that one particular woman at the front. read more

Love the doctors but the office is a hot mess. They use to be great, then Einstein Health took over about 2 years ago. It takes 15-20 min on the phone just to get an apt. Checking in takes a good 10 min. Better be early or they will try to refuse to see you because you are now late. I stay only for the doctors. I really feel as if they care. read more

I would not give them any stars they are so bad!!!! I've been a patient here for about 3 years and will be looking for a new doctor. I love my Doctor but the office staff is so incompetent I can't stand it any longer. I have called weeks in advance for referrals only to find out when I get to the specialist that they haven't processed the request. (they voice mail states 3 days which is a lie.) I have had my employer contact them for copies of medical records and waited over 3 months and they still haven't sent the information. My insurance company contacted them regarding updating information for a medical condition and they still haven't responded. I met with the "new" office manager and she told me she is going to fix everything. I think it got worse if that was even possible!!!! You never talk to anyone in person, they don't return phone calls and when you tell them there is a problem they blame the "new" phone system and the switch over to Einstein. That was 2 years ago time to find a new excuse and for me to find a new Doctor. read more

They are fantastic (They doctors alone deserve 5 stars but the staff is a minus four). The practice would have gotten two stars if the staff was in any way, shape or form helpful during emergencies. They would have gotten three stars if I could get an emergency appointment in less than a week. I would have given them four stars if they contacted us when our primary left the practice and since he was gone, no one filled in pre-surgery papers bc we hadn't met our newly assigned primary that we were required to meet prior to surgery but we're not aware of any of this. And I would have given them a five star rating if they filled a non-narcotic Rx. We were leaving for vacation and a week before we left we filled it or at least tried. The pharmacy said the doctor wouldn't renew it. I called to find out that the staff was surprised it had been being filled bc he we haven't been in within the last six months. New rule: Let the patients know if you make up new rules like this!!! I said, we leave at 8 am tomorrow. They said if we came in today, they would fill it, then said we'd have to meet a new primary. Long story short, we left on vacation without medication bc they wouldn't fill the Rx, not even partial until we could be seen. The next time our primary can see us... Is in a month and a half. Thank God it wasn't a beta-blocker or anti-seizure medication! See... It's not the doctors that is the reason we're leaving, it's the staff. It was WAY better before Einstein took over!!! I hope they read this and help patients who are chronically ill by informing them of new rules that they seem to make up every few months. It's like they are protecting the primaries from being overworked (I know they are) over helping sick people. read more

I live across the street, so I started here out of convenience. As an example of the poor service, I have been on hold for 19 minutes as I write this, trying to get an appointment. Initially, the system told me that there was a 4 minute wait. I have been told that I am the first call in the queue for the last 10 minutes. This happens EVERY time. I have occasionally driven over to make an appointment for another time, because it is sometimes a faster method. I absolutely HATE changing doctors, or I would have been out of here a year ago. I keep hoping that they will get things together, but I don't know how long that will take. PS: someone just picked up and asked me to "please hold". I told her I have been holding for 22 minutes, and she told me that she had to return to another call. read more

They fail to provide tests results, they don't call the pharmacy if a medication is required there are only good at billing the patient care comes last. Will not return to this office. read more

We have been going here for years. They used to be really great. NOW, horrible. They seem very disorganized. Called ahead to pick up a script, went next day, no one knew anything about it so I had to wait for it. Kept calling to make appt for a sore knee, could not get through, went into office only to find out their phone number has changed. EXCUSE ME, don't you think it would be nice to inform your clients of this. There charges are ridiculous, went for a sore knee, doctor (who is very nice) looked at my knee, told me to go get X-ray and to see an orthopedic surgeon. I was charged $150, the surgeon only charged me $90. I could go on but I won't. read more

Dr.Warsi is horrific I had mono for 5 months and went several times before he gave me medician for it

I have been taking my children to this practice for over 11 years. I have always really liked Dr. Brogan, Dr. Vitelli and Gail Bedell! I wouldn't go to Dr. Finch again because he has misdiagnosed my children and has been a much better "talker" than listener when I needed some advice. He would not even listen to my questions. Unfortunately, the practice has just become too large. I feel, even after all these years, that my children have just become numbers. The front staff use to be friendly and helpful and now they leave much to be desired:(! I am looking for a new practice. read more

Dr. Brogan, Dr.Vitelli, and Gail are great. I have never had any problems with the front office. But since they have been with Einstein I have noticed a decline in patient care. They have always been a very busy office, but now you are treated more like a number. And some of the nurses are awful. My daughter was there with a pilinoidal cyst and was in terrible pain. While there we realized she was due for a booster vaccine. The RN came in the room, did not introduce herself, and told my daughter to jump up on to the table. My daughter said she really can't do that and asked if she could lean against it. The nurse quickly dismissed her and said you have to get up there in case you faint. Mind you, I was there, and I am a nurse as well. My daughter sucked it up and survived just fine but she was very rude. read more

The only issue I've ever had with this office is waiting time but that's only because the doctor's take their time with each patient. As annoying as it is to wait, I'm truly appreciative when I'm the one they're helping. Dr. Brogan has caught things for which nobody else thought to look. Dr. Warsi has been invaluable with my teenagers. Gail takes her time with every single patient and never rushes you out. I could review all of the doctors but it's just more of the same. Been taking my kids to Trappe Pediatrics since 2004. read more

Highly recommend Dr Brogan and Dr Vitelli. Front office could be friendlier and I wish wait times were shorter but the doctors are worth it. My teenagers still enjoy going there as they are treated with respect and exams are not rushed through. read more

Dr. Brogan and Emily are amazing. Dr. Finch is eh. Wait times are quite aggravating. I'm on the fence deciding whether to leave or not.

This is a poor excuse for a doctor's office. No one ever answers the phone and when they do they are rude. You never have the same doctor twice and as for being helpful, their not. The atmosphere is unprofessional and it's obvious no one cares. Trappe Family Practice is a circus except it's not funny at all. Do your self a favour and stay away from this place. read more

Staff is complacent often ignoring you as you stand there waiting to be checked in or out. Doctors or staff don't call back as they promise. They are convenient for me to get to but I think it's time to move on. read more

Do not go here!!!!! The doctors are great but they're not enough to make up for the awful experiences I had at this practice. They are NEVER on time. They flat out ignore patients who are trying to sign in (that window is glass, I can see you ignoring me and hear you talking to your friends). They screwed up my prescription once - wrote the wrong script and I didn't realize it until after I got it filled. I didn't have insurance at the time and it cost me over $200. It was the right drug but the wrong dosage - I took it right back to the pharmacy but since I'd already left, they couldn't take it back. I explained this to the doctor's office and they said it was my fault for not opening the bottle at the pharmacy and making sure it was the right dosage. They even suggested it was my fault for not seeing that it was written wrong on the script. Excuse me for not understanding the language they use on those things. As far as I could see it was correct. Of course it's not their fault FOR WRITING THE WRONG SCRIPT. You sit in the waiting room for at least a half hour, even if you're the first appointment of the day. Then you go back and sit in the exam room for at least another five minutes. Then the nurse comes, talks to you for a minute, then leaves you for another ten minutes until the doctor finally comes in. I stayed for a few years because of how close it was to my house and job, and because I liked the doctor I saw, but I couldn't take it anymore. I finally switched to a new place but of course when I asked to have my records sent, they charged me over $100 to have them sent. My new doctor (whom I love) said that was ridiculous and they send records from office to office all the time and NEVER charge the patient for it. read more

We love doctor Brogan and Nurse Gail....

Our whole family sees Dr. Tiburcio at Trappe and we have nothing but good things to say about the care we have received. She always takes the time to listen to concerns and address all of them. She has been especially helpful with treating my daughter for ADD and offered valuable insight to treatment for other conditions that she has. The nurses are also very compassionate and friendly. My only negative is the wait time is sometimes long (that seems typical for most doctor's offices these days), but I think that is because no one is rushing the patients to get out and the doctors are listening to their concerns and that is what I want in a family doctor. read more

Absolutely abysmal. I've been trying to talk to my doctor, Tiburcio, for a month now about changing the dose of a prescription. I've been calling about three days a week trying to get her to just call me back for a five minuet conversation. Officially switching to a new GP after today I was on hold for twenty minuets when they hung up on me without even coming to the phone. If this was a one time thing it wouldn't be a problem but this happens every time I need a renewal or to schedule an appointment. The front desk can not even look at a doctors schedule without putting you on hold. I could give them negative stars I would. I go to three specialty doctors also in the Einstein system and none of them have these problems. read more
