She lies to her students and manipulates the lie further, in an attempt to blame the student for her own failings! (If you can even call it a "failing", shes is purposely SCAMMING people out of their money). From the start, she was deliberately misleading about the cost and services included in her classes/in-car lessons package; however, I never would have expected that on the DAY of my test, the instructor would "fail" to show up! I had booked a two hour lesson before my G2 test that morning, and Sara concocted a lie about why the instructor was not there when I arrived - she claimed via text that the time was incorrect (on my part)...just shortly after I had arrived at the time that I had CONFIRMED with Sara the day before . Sara claimed that the instructor had arrived a half hour earlier and had left because I wasn't there! Yet she couldn't explain why the instructor wouldn't simply wait for me, before allegedly departing the test centre. To top it off, after I asked for a refund for the 2 hours she failed to provide me with the services I had already paid for, she said I could receive those lessons in the future....who in their damn right mind would want to take further instruction from a lying, manipulative, scumbag scammer? There is much worse I could say about Sara and her "driving school", but I am attempting to keep it professional. Also, her older female in-car instructor is extremely rude, unprofessional, and condescending. She was unnecessarily aggressive and overall unpleasant! If you possess zero ability to have any patience and understanding, then perhaps being a driving instructor is not the job for you... Be warned: if you go to her driving school, it is at your OWN RISK! She might not seem like at it first, but she is cunning. NEVER EVER GO TO THEM! horrible experience…read more 20 hr in-class is extremely boring and tedious, the teachers made you read out words and answers one-by-one like teaching kindergartens. I was coached by the school owner: - she was consistently late for my session - has strong accent with bad grammar (a farmer from a small European country) - forgot to book my test - forgot to arrange my time and then in the end she had to squeeze her time - consistently whining to me how busy she was, how little time she had for eating and resting - yelling all the time and slow reaction, kinda stupid actually, waited at wrong places even I txted her before. - consistently calling with other customers during my session and one time even asked me to pass her notes to her. I asked her to turn it off because it was distracting, I only said it out of respect, the real reason was she shouldn't calling that much during my hourly paid session! then she said "what if you have a baby at the back seat?" I was speechless! it was only my first 1.5 hr touching a car and she was not supposed to call and finding excuses for her wrong doing! - several times she was chatting with her coaches for few minutes during my session, one time she helped out one of her coach on a road test booking, made me wait in the car for more than 10 mins. I showed out my unhappiness, so she extended 30 mins for me, but she made me pulled over and begin to lecturing me, "helping people is a good thing...I know you are unhappy. but you know what other coaches do? they smoke and go to washrooms!..." I was speechless again! comparing to the worst doesn't make you right! And none of my friends' coaches did what you said! Besides help your coaches to earn money is helping people??? I didn't argue back because she was using my paid time to lecture me. - she just thought other people's time has little value as hers. - after I passed the test she kept lecturing me on that "helping thing", so I argued back this time. then she began to shout and didn't even let me speak and even threatened to throw me out on the highway. - the funny thing is she thinks she's so good and professional, but her behaviors are like a immature kid. - HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience.

She is too dangerous. when I talked with her about the full course she said $600 which includes 10 hours of driving and 10 hours of theory. As I have completely paid $600 and after 10 hours driving, I learnt nothing plus she said me to take extra class. I took 2 hours extra classes which she charged me another $80. She said me that call me when you pass your G2 as I got my g2 after practicing with my uncle and called her that I have my g2 can you please give me insurance discount so she said me F...k off...! I'm very disappointed!!!
