I selected Etcetera based on a call with Joaquim during which he displayed insights into the specific needs of the technical language involved which reassured me that his team was professional. I was also impressed by the service aspects: quick turnaround and express mailing of the document plus notary certification within two days. (In contrast, one service I called in California was vague and who didn't even "hear" on the phone that I was living in Washington DC not Washington state. This is enough to raise questions in my estimation as to their specificity and detail-execution.) Within a short time of sending my letter to Joaquim, I received an email in response and within two days had the express mailed documents in hand. The extra mile they went, to verify the medical terminology with their Spanish editor/translator was appreciated. The price for the meticulous and professional service was fair. I enjoy leaving positive Yelp reviews for businesses such as this that do a terrific job. I intend to use their services again when I need important legal paperwork.

Hello, I am just writing this review because I am really disappointed trying to find a job online…read more I saw this got in contact recruiter and they told me that I could not work with them unless I get the training that they were offering they offered a training that was $450 plus like $100 for books or something like that I had to get some special vaccinations as they told me I was work at a hospital, I paid for the training and everything I spent money out of my pocket for the vaccines, once I finished everything they they signed me up for this website where they say all the jobs available we're gonna show up, but never I've been working for them for about weeks since I up and the never up on my folder so there's no way I can accept jobs as well. They don't have any job offers on the general job offer so I started thinking that it was a scam. I called them many times and they said well you already have the training so just find yourself another agency. Another employee told me due to your background you cannot find a job, which is not true because there's nothing with my background. I feel disappointed because I work hard for the money I make and I had a hope that I was gonna work. I keep on calling them that if I keep on calling, they will hang up and they did many times so before you sign up for the training, think about it twice.
