I can understand the need to once in awhile take a phone call during a session, but she made continuous phone calls throughout the 30 minute session. She would periodically tell my son, "Yes, play with that toy." or "Good!" But that was the only interaction she had with my son. When the session was over I talked to her about what I heard. She emphatically denied talking on the phone throughout the session. That was our last time at her office for "speech therapy."

I feel like if you're gonna be one of the pioneers in automatic commode flushing, then you are obligated to continue the tradition of not forcing your visitors to kick a manual flush handle with their foot after doing their bidness. Especially after being the cornerstone leader in the fact that they were one of the first facilities to have installed automatic flushing commodes. But they have their conference rooms named after north Texas counties. So they have that going for them. Three stars. Bring back the automatic flushing commodes, and I'll give them another star.

The instructor uses DVDs for each module along with the study guide book to walk you through all the chapters of a course. He clearly has command of the subject. What I loved about the study guides was that the instructor took the language from the course and used layperson's terms to explain the context and meaning of the material. For those of you that are OCD, you can pass with an A! However, these study guides will NOT cover 100% of the material you might be tested on; if you want that, uh, just read the text book. But if you use this course, you can pass your test with a feeling that you actually understood and absorbed the material! I usually went through the entire DVD set twice, answered the questions in the test banks after each module and completed the sample test. Even when I lamented, because many times I couldn't even answer 50% of the questions correctly, I still passed! Friends of mine who've actually contacted Big Daddy University by phone or email for additional questions or information said that Scott was very quick to respond and extremely helpful if you didn't understand a concept from the study guides. My husband said we should learn a new language this Summer, so the consensus was Korean. I tried for Years to learn on my own, but I didn't get far. With in person classes, it sticks. Class is 2 hours. Private lessons are an hour (or maybe longer). Classes can be recorded if you can't make a class. You have homework/assignments on Google Classroom that you have to turn in. Lisa is the 선생님 (teacher) for Korean classes. She's great and explains things easily and thoroughly. She responds quickly to emails. Wish we would've found lanGo sooner! Definitely recommend if you want to learn a new language.
