I am also disabled and without my vehicle I have no way to transport my mobility scooter. No rental place has this capability either when renting a vehicle to attach my rack for the mobility scooter. I explained that my throttle dashboard light came on, and Charlton said I might need the $70.00 diagnostic test to turn it off and determine the throttle problem. Charlton also asked me about the size of my engine. I scheduled an appointment and canceled it because the throttle light went out. Perhaps it was the below-freezing temperature and my attempt to drive my vehicle without sufficiently warming it up that prompted the throttle light to come on, I will definitely contact C & A when my vehicle does need servicing. I will admit that the lease deals that I inquired about seemed to be a bit over inflated. As a result I turned my attention to purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. My sales person was Daryl Stoll, who I found to be very pleasant and fair. I can tell you that Daryl really knows his vehicles inside and out, which was very helpful. I ended up settling on a 2023 Nissan Rogue with the Premium Package. I wouldn't call the price a steal, but it was reasonable for a vehicle in great shape loaded with all of the extras. Shortly after I committed on the vehicle, I purchased a full set of all-weather floor mats and blind spot mirrors for installation to the two exterior mirrors. I ordered these items online and as soon as they all delivered the weather turned bitter cold, leaving me with no ideal place to do the installs. I called Daryl to ask if his could persuade his Service Department to perform these tasks for me in a heated environment. I told Daryl that I expected to pay the shop for it's time. Daryl not only came through for me, but he also didn't charge me for the service. They have made a friend in me.
