I absolutely loved this place and 100% this is my go to for whenever I need a wax or skincare. My facial and their products absolutely saved my skin, I was horribly broken out with a ton of inflammation. I started using their in house cleanser and the BPO for overnight care and it's been my saving grace. This probably sounds like a fake review () but seriously I love this place!

I'm happy with the service, and they mailed a handwritten thank you which was nice also.

I brought in my blonde extensions so she could accurately match the color and ended up dying my hair BROWN. It looks so awful the colors are nothing alike and on top of that she refused to fix it stating there's nothing she can do for it. I asked her to get me in before my photo shoot and she just said she didn't have any appointments and made little effort to fix the situation. She handed me clarifying shampoo and basically wished me good luck. My mother in law likes her so I went with her but she absolutely has no clue how to handle blonde hair. I'm 28 and have been getting my hair done for 13 years now and never have I had some hack job dye my hair brown. I'm blonde, I've been blonde and she botched my hair. Anyways, I saw a deal that was happening (pay $10 for $20 service). I was wanting to get my eyebrows waxed and figured since they had a deal- I'd go there! The woman on the phone was really nice and was trying her best to work with my schedule. The office was a really relaxing environment, and I immediately felt less nervous. Eyebrows are one of those things that really stink if they get screwed up, there's not much you can do about it. The staff was very professional and welcoming and I felt really comfortable. Anyways- I'm really impressed with the work done! My eyebrows are a bit fuller and I like them that way, I just wanted some shaping done. That's exactly what I got! It was painless and a pretty quick process. I had a really pleasant conversation while it was happening. I don't typically spend money on beauty routines as I tend to think I can just do most of it at home, but I am positive I'll be returning. The atmosphere and staff were so great that I'll be happy to patronize them anytime I need my eyebrows done!
