Being an out-of-state owner, having her as a local resource was critical, and Sandra came through on every project, sometimes working late into the day to make sure things were done. Amazing! From the first conversation to the day of closing on our home, Erica McPhail was…read moreabsolutely amazing. She was always available, quick to share her experience-based opinions, and deeply knowledgeable about the VA process--which made everything smooth and stress-free for us. What stood out most was that she never pushed us just to settle on whatever was available. She prioritized making sure we ended up with the right home for our family, even if that meant being patient and passing on options that didn't quite fit. That level of care and integrity made all the difference. If you're looking for a broker who is informative, reliable, and genuinely invested in your best outcome, she's the one you want in your corner.

After about a week, he gave us the name and contact information for Erica McPhail. When she met us at the house, there was no doubt he had done his homework. During the walk through, Erica pointed out areas that could use improvement (mostly minor such as new vent hood to match range). After all repairs were made, Erica listed it. The second person who saw it made an offer. We asked Erica's opinion. She explained why it was a really good offer; It was a conventional loan (easier in many way than VHA or VA), buyer had been preapproved for loan and offer was close to the asking price. We weren't aware of the complexities of different types of loans. After we accepted the offer, Erica walked us through the selling process step by step, always with a cheerful smile. She made closing day hassle free. We will use her anytime we decide to buy or sell. She makes difficult easy.

First and foremost I would like to say that Lauren Engel is AWESOMENESS!!! From day one our home…read morebuying and selling was smooth and painless. Lauren made us feel like we were her only client even though she had others in the wing. For us this home buying and selling was very emotional. We lost or son nine months ago and the transition has not been easy at all. Lauren made sure that all our documents for selling our home and buying a new one were easy to understand with the roller coaster of emotions we are going through. Lauren made sure there was nothing or no one giving us any issues. She stepped in on a few occasions when the lenders where pressuring us and we felt overwhelming drained. Also, her persistence in getting us the best deal and the best sale on our home which sold in FOUR DAYS!! Yes FOUR DAYS at full asking is uncommon these days!! We are truly grateful for Lauren and her can do attitude. We would most definitely recommend Lauren to anyone in the market for buying or selling their home. Thank you Lauren for Everything!! Saw a rental available in copperas cove it was sitting at 75 days or so, price came down to 2400$ a month more then what we were wanting but look like it may be worth it went and seen it in person. Call the office to see options on it would the owners be looking to sell soon maybe be open to an option to purchase or something. Crystal said the leasing agent would be able to answer that once you apply I asked is there were applicants pending she stated no. Filled everything out paid the 120$ in application fees, sent letter of benefit, pay stubs, and LES. Next day get any email stating denied due to my partners credit and owing another rental company which was from a previous marriage that he thought was handle he went and paid it on the spot. I called the leasing agent Sonya Shirley no answer left a voicemail, sent a emailed asking if I remove him and we show proof it's paid what options do we have? Next day she sends an email back no options the denial stands as is! Horrible not once she at least pick up the phone and have a conversation, or call and say this house is not an options but let me send you some others absolutely nothing! I still in shock I hope the Owners get their place rented but they may need to switch companies! I heard the stories about this team and company but finally experienced. Avoid
