Where do I begin? I had a wedding to attend to and everyone knows how much time goes into prepping and getting ready for a big night. I was under a lot of pressure that day and decided to get my makeup done instead of doing it on my own. I was recommended Transformation Station from a friend who frequently gets her face beat for every occasion. Well this company DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. I was greeted by my artist Isabelle and had the best experience!! I wanted to achieve a smoky eye and makeup that last through the whole night. She did just that and catered to my every need in specifically how I liked my makeup. From skin type to my allergies to certain products, everything was achieved specified for me. The whole experience took about an hour and a half for my makeup. I absolutely loved her! She was so kind, meticulous, and gentle with my face. Thanks to her I will be back again! My makeup lasted through the whole night! read more

ASTOUNDING experience, service and GLAM! Any bride can relate that finding someone to do your wedding hair and makeup can be very stressful and scary -- you need to trust people with creating a look you'll remember for a lifetime. I chose to use Transformation Station for my wedding and I can say with full confidence that this was the BEST make up experience I have ever had. I hate to do this to a small growing business, but I genuinely hope that this saves other brides from the same mistake. I reached out to transformation station on May 2nd (my wedding is in October). I know my skin can be difficult to work with, so the very first thing I asked was if I could schedule a trial. I received the follow email back (also see screenshot attached): "Hello Tanya, Usually we dont schedule trials until the wedding date is booked with us already because we can ensure our availability or our artists availability. If you would like to move forward let me know and i will send you our bridal contract:)" I took this to mean that I could not schedule a trial without signing the contract, and paying the required deposit. I totally understood that - they want to make sure their artists are going to be available for your date or there's no point in scheduling a trial! So ultimately I end up signing the contract, and paying the 50% deposit (I had 5 bridesmaids, plus my own hair and makeup, so the required deposit was $1150). I scheduled the trial for as early as I could, which was august. This past weekend I had my trial, and honestly it was a pretty good experience! I didn't necessarily have any complaints about the artist, but again my skin is difficult to work with. Also the hair style I was looking for, was simple and I could pretty easily do it at home. I decided (2 days after my trial) that it would be less stressful for me on my big day to do my hair and makeup myself. Now I'll take full responsibility that I should have reviewed the pricing on the website, or the contract more thoroughly. After I communicated with Savannah that I would like my deposit refunded (as I could not schedule a trial to see if I liked the service before paying a deposit) less the cost of the trial of course, I was told that deposits are non refundable and that I misunderstood the email and was able to schedule a trial before putting down a deposit. Again I'll be totally transparent that they did offer to have other artists do a different trial, or just do our hair for the wedding. But I wasn't looking for anything really complex that would justify the $1150 cost. So at this point I just would like my refund for the services that I won't be receiving. After Savannah called me back again, I was told that it shows clearly on the website that deposits are non refundable. I asked to speak with the owner - and was told that she was unavailable, indefinitely. And that again, I misunderstood the required deposit that I was told I needed in the initial email. Planning a wedding is expensive, and stressful enough. We all could make a mistake not reading over a contract thoroughly enough. I'm just disappointed that this business is not willing to make an exception for the miscommunication that I received initially. Good luck to other brides out there, I hope you receive better communication than I did! read more

Savannah and her team were INCREDIBLE! They made me and all of my bridesmaids, mom and mother-in-law feel so, so beautiful. Every single person was in love with their looks. Savannah was my artist but also the one coordinating my trial and she was so kind and professional and listened to every detail, no matter how minor, to get the look just right. The head of this organization is a very good makeup artist. Most of the pictures you see are probably her work. She charges $300+ ish. Our experience was horrible. It was for an important event. We paid about $160 + with tips. Too distressed to check the exact amount with my mom. She starts crying too. Makeup was cakeky and WHITE. I have huge eyes and she made my eyes look tiny. Just to mention a few. The lady/girl who did my makeup was a trainee/junior (Savannah). She was very rude and was not accomadative with time. She said if I was 2 minutes late she will charge me and cancel. I was so very stressed. But I was eager to get the makeup done by this organization as I loved the pictures they post. I am posting this because the head of the organization should be aware of what happens behind her back. read more

Was absolutely OBSESSED with my results!! Got my hair and makeup done by savannah and she was a magician! Seriously have never felt so confident in my own skin. I often leave makeup appointments not feeling like I resemble myself, but savannah had such an amazing approach by accentuating my natural features. It was the perfect mix of natural and glam. Got my hair and makeup done with Savannah and I loved how it looked!! The makeup was perfect and she gave me so much volume in my hair. I told her I wanted to take photos and she was the best person to ask. She let me use her studio background, lighting and took the photos on my phone all while fixing my hair and posture between shots. Jennifer is very talented, very good at men and women's hairstyles, and she has even dyed my beard without making it look like fake black shoe polish, which is what do it yourself kits make it look like- I lost track of how many years we've been going here, and it's the only place for us! The eye lash extensions turned out beautiful, my daughter loved them and so did I! We hit it off so well with Marina, that we ended up scheduling a hair and makeup appointment for my daughter's Senior prom. If you know me, you'd know that I would never trust such an important event to someone that we had absolutely no experience with, but that's how much we were impressed with Marina. Fast forward two weeks and we're back to see Marina for an eye lash fill, hair and makeup for Prom. To say that we were pleased with the final results in an understatement!! My daughter looked beautiful, basically like herself, but with just a bit more glamour and glitz. Marina did exactly what we asked for, and was more than willing to adjust, if we decided we wanted more or less of something. This was by far the least stressful dance, prom experience that I've ever had because Marina took care of everything! Since our first appointment, the women of my family have had the following services delivered by Marina: Full set eyelash extension (3), hair & makeup (2), eyelash fills (2). I have another daughter getting the full set done next week, and my 18 year old and myself will be getting fills! Marina is now a permanent fixture in our beauty regime for myself, my two daughters and my daughter in law!! She is absolutely the best!!

Wow!!! Everything about working with this company was absolutely PERFECT!! I am from Texas but I had my wedding in Arizona therefore, I was unfamiliar with hair/ make up companies in AZ. I ran across Transformation Station's instagram page and immediately knew I wanted to use this company for my bridal hair/makeup. The booking process was so easy and I was contacted immediately after submitting my inquiry!! My family and I ended up staying at the Phoenician in Scottsdale, and we had two artist, Savannah and Ammy from Transformation Station come to our hotel room to get all of us girls ready! I was so impressed with how on time everything was. We were provided with a detailed timeline that showed exactly how long it would take to complete each girls hair/make up, and everything went exactly as planned! One of the artist, Ammy, did a fabulous job on both of my sisters hair! She even took behind the scenes photos and videos which was so special and I'm so glad she willingly did that for us. Savannah was AMAZING, she was the one who did my bridal hair/ makeup and I was so happy with how everything turned out. These girls were both so very talented and I am so glad I chose Transformation Station for my wedding day glam! Absolutely loved my hair and makeup from the Transformation Station team who styled the bridal party for my friend's wedding. I was one of the first bridesmaids to get my hair and makeup done in the morning, and it not only stayed but looked fresh and felt comfortable to have on all the way to the end of the after party--I mean no touch ups needed in a span of about 14 hours!! The team worked with all of us to make sure that we were comfortable and happy with our looks, both stylistically and with the amount and types of products used. We were invited to bring in hair and makeup inspo which was fun because each bridesmaid was styled uniquely according to what they wanted, while still looking cohesive and fitting the bridal colors. In my case, I'm a bit indecisive, so while I brought in some inspo it was awesome to have an expert team who suggested creative hair and makeup options based on what they knew would work for my face and hair. I used transformation station for my wedding this year. From start to finish, I have to say I was extremely impressed with the level of skill and professionalism. Savannah was the main point of contact and did my mom and I's hair and makeup. She was constantly checking in to make sure that we were on the same page and that I was happy with every single detail about timelines, payments, and glam looks. She did trials for my mom and I, and even let me come back another day prior to the wedding just to make sure I knew exactly what I wanted for my hair. She worked her little tail off for us! Wedding day went flawlessly. We had 5 artists total who were all timely and so extremely talented. Everyone looked stunning and our hair and makeup held the entire 16 hour day!
