The salon was very busy and there was a wait, but I learned later that I had (accidentally) come in on the day when the price is $14. Of course they are going to be busy! My '4 star' rating is only intended to alert other customers to what will likely cause a longer than normal wait time. Dani did a good job! She listened to me describe what I wanted. As I waited for my turn, I could see that all the stylists were pleasant and professional and each took great care to keep their station clean for each customer. Proper precautions were used to protect against the COVID 19 virus. I was impressed and will use this salon when in Columbus in the future.

I go in for my apt n they said it'll b wait x about 15min so I sit n wait THEN a girl comes out calls my name so I get up like ok my turn let's go... NOPE!! She asked if I knew her I told her no she asked y I "personally" asked for her so I told her that when I called the lady recommended her as the best 1 for what I wanted. She asked yet again if I knew her n once again I said no (I really didn't no) so she told me who she was so ok fine let's get hair done NOPE she REFUSED to do my hair telling me stuff from literally OVER 10yrs ago "traumatized" her n I was still so confused so back n fourth for about 10min n accusing me if having a hidden agenda for going there n asking for her to do my hair when I was recommend by her coworker like seriously a TON of accusations! I might not get a ton of people NOT to go there but I let some close friends n family no n they won't go again especially since I was excited to get out get my hair done after months of quarantine but instead due to her I stressed to find someone else n literally came home with a migraine due to Barb n her making me out to b someone I'm not! she told me no 1 there will do my hair n her boss also runs supercuts n she called her n her boss took her side n I could go over there n get my hair done so I did (her boss had NO clue what was going on n saying her boss knows n took her side when that didnt happen should in itself get her fired) n her boss did AMAZING n will ALWAYS go to supercuts now. I explained what happened n how that girl went about all this n told me all this BS (also telling me she doesn't have to prove anything to me her boss is on her side) n wouldn't even b "professional or adult" about ANYTHING n just do my dam hair!! Its a JOKE N I WILL NVR GO BACK!! I will NVR recommend this place she is a dam JOKE n shows how unprofessional n childish the people that work there r n that girl shouldn't even work there after this!! THANK GOODNESS for supercuts n literally the sweethearts n BEST at what they do i talked to some friends and they said I should talk to someone n they told me to put review on any site I can n for me to get ahold of district manager due to this incident and the 1 who recommended her for doing my hair let district manager no that SHE recommended her I did NOT ask for her outta some agenda when I had no idea who she was. I was going to leave it be but after talking to some friends that due hair n have moved away they told me how unprofessional this was n it shoulda NVR happen. She kept telling me her boss was on her side n telling me I had a hidden agenda for having her do my hair n she was scared I was there n no 1 else will do my hair n when I asked FINALLY show me what I supposably said on Facebook over 10yrs ago she said she doesn't have to prove anything to me. So this now has really eatin away at me because all I wanted was some me x after months of being home locked up with kids n this is what Barb did. I no this is a very long post but thank y for reading it and I HOPE someone does something about her unprofessional accusations especially when I didn't no her I did NOT ask for her for any other reason than a referral from a coworker
