Wedding party of 5 appointment for 2pm. Everyone was working on someone when we got in. We all waited until 2:45 to get started. Absolutely poor service and planning. When you have a party of 5 coming in for shellac, dip mani-pedis, you do NOT take on other clients that go past your start time. There are nasty mite infested spider plants hanging from the ceiling, nasty pedi bowls and unsanitary tool I guess maybe I am just used to a much higher degree of professionalism and treatment at my normal salon. My daughter's toes are smudged. It cost me $93 for an express pedi and 3 tip and dip mani. nails are not completely done and they are THICK! 6 freaking layers! Avoid this place! Everyone else paid $45-$63. Seriously! Horrid! read more

Unfortunately one of the worst pedicures I've had. The nail tech was checking the score of a game on his phone while working on me and since distracted grated off a huge chunk of the side of my foot which bleed for the next hour and was sore for several days. This ruined the pampering experience. He didn't even apologize right away. And the polish on one of my toes came off by the next morning. Wouldn't recommend. read more

Super nice facility, everything was pretty clean and decorations were modern and relaxing. Had to wait about 1.5 hours (even after leaving and coming back when they told us to) to get our nails done. They gave us a $10 discount for our wait, though. Did an awesome job with my nails. I am impressed that none of the little diamonds fell off after two weeks of having the nails. Summary: I got dipped nails and shellac pedi, and am happy with the results. Location could use a deep-clean. I normally go to nail salons in Omaha or Grand Island because of previous poor experiences at other Columbus nail salons. I decided to try Crystal Nails because I didn't have time to go to a different town and saw mostly good reviews online. Pros: Staff was extremely nice. Several walk ins and call ins happened while I was there for same-day service and they were honest and accommodating with time estimates. I was happy with final product, and I can be picky. My nails don't have weird bumps on them, they are even colored and even cut/shaped. Cons: Pedicure chair had the most uncomfortable seat. Pedicure was 40 minutes, which is great, but not in a chair like that. There were a few things I noticed the lack of cleanliness on. The "sanitation" jar for tools had a ton of nasty stuff floating in it. The pedicure tank had an odor to it when it was emptied out. Just general things that maybe need a deep clean more often than they are getting. Ultimately, I left happy because of the end product. Minus a star because of the cleanliness. read more

Had a full set done in less than 20 minutes. The whole process was extremely rushed, the appointment was for 4 PM didn't get sat down till almost 430 then less than 30 minutes on my nails. They were uneven way, too square and way too short. On top of that they charged me $45 for this. They were super bulky and thick and had acrylics stuck to the sides of my fingers. Please stay away from this place!! It was the owners husband that did mine. read more

Three of us came in for a repair job after getting a horrible set done else where. They were busy but fit us in as quickly as they could. Ended up leaving with exactly the nails we were wanting! The service is good, however I wait forever even when I have an appointment. I took my 2 daughters for basic manicures and pedicures and we waited from 2:00-4:30. It just takes way too long to get in and out. If you have the time to wait that long, I was satisfied with the outcome. read more

I went for my first timeI asked for a service and they did something completely else and then when i noticed they said that it was way too late to redo everything for a service I asked for. They did my nails quicker than I've ever seen anyone do nails they didn't remove any of my cuticles, left edges without color The gel doesn't even feel as thick as it's supposed to they left my nails super super thin. Found this spot during my family trip. Had a spa mani/pedi. This establishment is relatively new so everything was clean and and up to date. My nails turned out fine. I did not polish them so can't comment on their polish work, but both manicurists that worked on me were nice and did not try to push me to getting more things done than what I asked for. The owner was approachable and welcoming. Noticed a few customers complimented on their eye brows and lash extensions. Overall, clean, friendly, and decent price. Can't complain. read more
