I would like to express my profound dissatisfaction in dealing with Royal Tool…read more I was sold a piece of industrial equipment for my workshop by a company manager, however the unit received was not fully functional but rather was in a dangerously unsafe condition, having potentially fatal earthing or grounding faults, besides other issues. Having raised my concerns, I was left thoroughly disappointed by the responses I received; I found the manager to be consistently dishonest in his communications with me. I subsequently tried to escalate the issue to higher management, but as of today have not been afforded reply. The time, expense, and disruption resulting from this experience have had a significant negative impact on both my small business and myself. I cannot, then, in good conscience recommend to do business with Royal Tool.
