Having raised my concerns, I was left thoroughly disappointed by the responses I received; I found the manager to be consistently dishonest in his communications with me. I subsequently tried to escalate the issue to higher management, but as of today have not been afforded reply. The time, expense, and disruption resulting from this experience have had a significant negative impact on both my small business and myself. I cannot, then, in good conscience recommend to do business with Royal Tool.

Numerous abandoned carts and when I places test orders I had major problems. Marketing guy told me to put a link in my ebay through to the web site, thats one way to get you kicked off ebay! Also told me that he would do the PPC marketing (for a fee - fair enough) if I supplied all the keywords - excuse me but isn't that your job? As I said clashed with a few of the staff and when I asked for a simple change they said it would cost over £1000 to implement change - more than the web site cost! I saw what was happening........... If they dont like what you are saying they act like petulant children. I would not recommend. I read a similar review on another site. My advice is to avoid.
