I cannot recommend this company. I clashed with several of the staff. The shopping cart was not working correctly but I was consistently told it was. Numerous abandoned carts and when I places test orders I had major problems. Marketing guy told me to put a link in my ebay through to the web site, thats one way to get you kicked off ebay! Also told me that he would do the PPC marketing (for a fee - fair enough) if I supplied all the keywords - excuse me but isn't that your job? As I said clashed with a few of the staff and when I asked for a simple change they said it would cost over £1000 to implement change - more than the web site cost! I saw what was happening........... If they dont like what you are saying they act like petulant children. I would not recommend. I read a similar review on another site. Brilliant value for money always get a good web design design!

Good communication and support from start to finish. We moved our ecommerce web site across to them and it's been a good decision. Very impressed by the flexibility of the cart system. We offer large number of printed designs which we print onto a range of the same six products. They created a tool for us that allows us to share the stock over thousands of products and this has saved my staff countless hours of work. We can now do in a couple of clicks what used to take us two days. I was quoted almost £10,000 to get this done by another company and Absolute did the whole site for less that £600, including importing my products from the old web site. Not a reputable company. Look at other reviews online. we are not the only people to have had a bad experience with this company. Ran way late with the project. When I asked about marketing i was given rather dubious advice on how to drive traffic. shopping cart did not work properly - declined cards that should have went through. I even tested my partners card and it declined when there were ample funds in account. unprofessional. once they have your money they show little interest in helping with issues.
