I would like to express my profound dissatisfaction in dealing with Royal Tool…read more I was sold a piece of industrial equipment for my workshop by a company manager, however the unit received was not fully functional but rather was in a dangerously unsafe condition, having potentially fatal earthing or grounding faults, besides other issues. Having raised my concerns, I was left thoroughly disappointed by the responses I received; I found the manager to be consistently dishonest in his communications with me. I subsequently tried to escalate the issue to higher management, but as of today have not been afforded reply. The time, expense, and disruption resulting from this experience have had a significant negative impact on both my small business and myself. I cannot, then, in good conscience recommend to do business with Royal Tool.

Very pleased with the service…read more Took my laptop in to Shaw Computer Centre, which is on Market Street in Shaw town centre with a broken screen and spoke to Jimmy, he told me to come back in two hours. Two hours latter I returned and the screen was replaced with a new one and he had also cleaned the laptop case and keyboard at no extra cost. I send all my friends there now !!!

I cannot recommend this company. I clashed with several of the staff. The shopping cart was not…read moreworking correctly but I was consistently told it was. Numerous abandoned carts and when I places test orders I had major problems. Marketing guy told me to put a link in my ebay through to the web site, thats one way to get you kicked off ebay! Also told me that he would do the PPC marketing (for a fee - fair enough) if I supplied all the keywords - excuse me but isn't that your job? As I said clashed with a few of the staff and when I asked for a simple change they said it would cost over £1000 to implement change - more than the web site cost! I saw what was happening........... If they dont like what you are saying they act like petulant children. I would not recommend. I read a similar review on another site. My advice is to avoid.

We used Julian Sales for our last house purchase and it all went very smoothly, apart from the fact…read morethat our final cheque (reimbursement thanks to trading down) went missing. This was no fault of Julian's or any of his staff, as it turned up 7 months later, along with a whole load of other post that the Royal Mail had chosen not to deliver! Anyway, if you like an old fashioned solicitor (I think his desk is probably an original antique and has been there since the building first opened), then this solicitor is for you. PS My husband has just told me that Julian has now retired!
