I have been going to this place now for 6 months. I was in…read morethe other day and the older nail tech was very rude and grumpy with me. I'm not sure why. and she was bitching about me to get coworkers in Vietnamese. She did a dip but but left the color all around each nail showing the dip color and then applied the chrome. it looks like a little kid did it! I won't be allowing her to do my nails again. the time before the girl did a very good job but she was far more interested in the gambling game the others were playing constantly getting up to see what was going on. Mind you that they have nails tech sitting in the back chatting. Wow! I can't believe this crap. You should remove the walk-in sign, if you can't take walk-ins. The owner looks stuck-up. I will be bringing my mom to another salon. You are too rich. You don't need money! (7/13/2026) Thank you for replying to me. As you can see, your attitude and lack of professionalism are brought to my attention. You can't even apologize but instead blame me for regarding yesterday's incident. Well, I didn't assume that we could see from your reply post that your situation was my fault and blaming and pointing at me. If you are understaffed then take off your walk-in sign. Misleading customers is not an honest business. I will stop right here but if you have time to reply to me rather than focusing on your clients. I can see where your lack of professionalism is in your business. As for me, I will never come back. We found a nail place next to Dollar Tree with the same service and much quality. That nail shop was so clean and much bigger. As I walked in the owner greeted me with a smile. We didn't have to wait at all. My mom is absolutely happy with her services. Thank you for telling us to leave, we have found a better nail shop.
