Our nails? OMG!! This is the worst set of nails I've ever..EVER had!! They got busy and were tossing us around between workers..really? And to cover up their crappy work, they put clear gel coat on top..great!!! Now I can't just remove the polish myself and put on fresh. I could keep rantin on my disappointment, but I'll save that for when I'm by myself bickering about how crappy these nails are! Okay, so I went back and showed them my nails and they repainted them without charge. They redeemed themselves!! I'm undecided as to whether I'll be back or not though.

Several of the same women have stayed and that's the main reason why I also stayed! My main girl, Jenny, is amazing. I can find a picture of basically any design I want and she does a great job replicating it. Prices aren't insanely bad, either. I get dip and usually a tip or two and it's around $60 with tip. The pedicures are great, but they're not quick, so don't go on a time crunch. I also suggest making an appointment. They take all walk-ins, but they might have to ask you to come back or have you wait for awhile. They also offer complimentary water and soda. They used to have wine, but I'm not sure if the new owner does that. Book a large group and they'll take great care of you! They also have cheap prices for kids manicures and pedicures.

I booked an appointment. Walking in, the place was very busy for both manicures & pedicures. (Ok... quite a popular place~ that's good). I was greeted by "someone"... who directed me to the station #11 spot. Whomever I was assigned to, did a GREAT job on my nails, but .... there was no warm greeting, "Hello, my name is...." or any sort of conversation other than "You like them square or round" in broken English. She didn't hurt me when she filed, the acrylic product wasn't all over my fingers and the polish was perfect. Very neat & tidy. Great job !!! Some of the staff were talking back and forth in their Asian language and laughing fairly loud. Ok..... Guess they like working together but I felt they had no regard for their customers seated in front of them. I would have like more English spoken and more interaction with the person doing my nails. I will say, I was impressed when the customer next to me (whom I did talk with) left and that Nail Tech gal cleaned everything and I mean EVERYTHING!! Tabletop, nail polish bottles, polish remover bottle and all of the product containers. Nice !! I'm passing through Sioux City and will probably not be in the area again. But I will say.... the price of $30.00 for a full set was reasonable, in my mind, and I truly like how my new set of nails look. I said.. Thank you and left.
