I am giving them one star because you have to. The food was bizarre, although billed as Latin, it's just an odd mix created by someone who read some Hispanic cookbooks and picked the wrong combinations. What wasn't sweet, like the relish on the chorizo or the cranberries in the quesadilla, had too much chile powder. The hostess was too busy chatting up the bartender to come over and greet us, so I had to interrupt her overtures. The waitress offered no assistance with the menu or warn us of the spiciness of what we did order. The decor is a mélange of Mexico, Miami and colorful Caribbean shacks and not in a good way.
