Probably the best Cigar Lounge in Melbourne FL. The owner is super chill and offers great service. I have been a regular customer and ordering cigars by the box. The website is convenient and my orders arrive swiftly within a few days. The lounge has a perfect vibe to do busy paperwork or if you're looking for a place to hangout for a few hours. Love this place. Having been to a couple of Cigar shops in downtown Melbourne where I felt rushed, this one hands down is my kind of place. Time is taken to explain different cigars and promotion of items I wouldn't have thought to buy. Customer Care and a very chill environment is what you will receive (along with some pretty nice sticks). If you're looking for someone to be snappish and to the point (borderline RUDE), head to other places. I'm spending MY dollars right here. Oh ask about gift packs that have various cigars! read more

Found Tranquilo cigars which has a small but diverse selection, friendly staff, couches with TV (did I say I wanted to see Masters) plus a small but comfortable outside area to sit with my Montecristo (dog). My first time coming into a cigar shop and had no idea what I was looking for, I walked in and I believe the owner helped me I told him that I was looking for something for a newer cigar smoker and he pointed me in the right direction, very nice gentleman, he really helped me and made sure if I had any questions that I could ask him. The store was rather small inside, but a nice place, I really felt the customer service that should be seen at all places. I also really liked that there are deals on Yelp that let you get one free hand rolled cigar and a 10$ for 20$ deal which was really helpful especially for a first timer. This comfortable cigar shop is run by Sean; a knowledgeable and welcoming proprietor. Every time we have been in his shop Sean has been nothing less than outstanding. He even goes out of his way to make your brand of cigars available. The environment of Tranquillo is comfortable and varied. Downstairs there is a small area inside equipped with great recliners and a tv. Outside Sean has built a deck and set up a nice outside smoking lounge area. Upstairs is the crowning lounge. Exactly what you want out of a cigar lounge in a well appointed room with couches, recliners and a beverage area. No alcohol but Sean is as accommodating as possible. As for his cigars, the downstairs is set up as an open humidor similar to Corona's in Orlando but in a smaller scale. The selection is good and specializes in boutique bands such as Room 101, PDR and Tatuaje. Also carries big brands like Padron (always has 1926's) Kristoff and My Father. Overall, Tranquillo is a great little spot to go for your favorite cigar and a friendly experience. read more
