She said "they don't do that technique" and that "she didn't study that"...but I'm confused as to what she did study since what she was doing just felt like someone who had NO idea WHAT they were DOING. After getting bored of her grazing my back with the strength of a 5 year old I asked her to focus on my fore arms instead (since i ride a motorcycle; my low back and forearms get sore).... This is where she got rude; before I could finish my sentence she started talking VERY loudly at me in broken English as to why she doesn't like to use her arms/elbows (I think she got triggered at me explaining to her how to apply proper pressure before), I kept trying to explain to her that I wanted my arms massaged and again she kept insisting "no" to my request without listening to what I was trying to tell her. After much ado she understood what I meant. But why are you refusing to listen to a customer explain to you what they want? Spoiler alert, she sucked at massaging my arms too. This woman was extremely rude and bad at her job. If the rest of the "therapist" are as "trained" as her then let me save you all the trouble and have your dog walk on your back cuz I'm positive it'll feel better than what ever the F they're doing there.
