I am so grateful for my experience with Liliya at Holistic Solutions Center. She has helped me in…read moremore ways than I can count physically, emotionally, and mentally. With her care and guidance, I was able to lose weight and keep it off in a healthy, sustainable way. She has also supported me through gallstone issues and other internal health concerns, always approaching everything with patience, compassion, and true understanding. What stands out most to me is how she doesn't just treat the symptoms she cares for the whole person. My mental and emotional well-being improved so much under her care, and I always felt truly heard and supported. If you are looking for someone who genuinely wants to help you heal and live a healthier, more balanced life, I can't recommend Liliya enough. She has made such a positive difference in my journey, and I am so thankful for her.

I've debated on writing this review because I truly believe Liliya has genuine care for patients…read more However, when thinking about the misguided medical advice and hundreds and hundreds of dollars I spent, I feel the need to strongly advise women 35 and older to avoid her practice.  I don't want anyone else to waste time and money like I did.  I came to Liliya in an attempt to find relief from extreme anxiety, weight gain, gastrointestinal issues, and migraines. After many months of following Liliya's treatment plan, which included expensive cleanses, supplements, hair tests, pellets, and sound bites on top of her monthly fee, I was no better.  Enough was enough. I had to find more adequate care to find out what I had already suspected, my symptoms were due to menopause. I had mentioned this suspicion to Liliya but she blew me off.  Liliya's approach was fragmented, focusing on individual symptoms rather than addressing the underlying hormonal imbalance.  The whole reason I came to a holistic doctor was to have my body looked at as a whole, and Liliya was not doing this.  I remember Liliya saying that I had "so many different symptoms" that she needed to focus on what was bothering me most first.  Well any medical practitioner who knows anything about menopause would recognize every one of the symptoms I was experiencing as menopause. We're not talking about some obscure disease that no one has heard of.  We are talking about menopause. A period of life that every woman goes through if she lives long enough. With the symptoms I was experiencing, this should have been one of the first, if not the very first thing ruled out before going through the crazy litany of potions she continued to sell me for months on end. I urge others to seek a practitioner who can effectively address hormonal issues and provide comprehensive care. The time and money I wasted on Liliya's treatments were infuriating.

I had never been to a chiropractor before going to see Dr. Aiello. My tennis coach thought it…read morewould be a good idea that I go and see his chiropractor to relieve some minor pain I was having. I play about ten hours of tennis a week and am a hairdresser, so my body can get pretty racked. I have never felt better than after my visits there. I feel like I float out of the office. I also was fitted for custom inserts for my shoes that have put my body back to better alignment. My hips are off level and these inserts help to bring them back up, not to mention my knee problems. This office is genuinely concerned for each patient that walks in the door, and Dr. Aiello has a healing quality that makes me look forward to my weekly visits to his office. I purchased a large package of visits, so each visit is roughly 39 dollars. They also sell great veggie, fruit, and omega powders that I reconstitute and drink daily for internal health. There is an option for trainer-assisted stretching which I am going to try on my next visit. I love this office, and already anticipate purchasing a larger package of visits for a slightly better rate, but also to continue going weekly to be adjusted. I feel light and healthy and like I am finally taking care of myself.
