I work and live in a world where I actually care about people, and it saddens me greatly to be shown clearly that Moore Smiles "Family" Dental does the very opposite. She hardly stays in the room for a minute and make her staff to work the rest and by herself start working on the other client. Everyone needs more money but not giving proper attention to patient is not acceptable. Well recently I had the service done by her, I have crowned my teeth my front teeth have a bridge that came off I got appointment with her to get fixed she hardly works 5 minutes on me , didn't clean the bridge or my teeth and just glue it back and charged $440 for less than five minutes service. Apparently that was a mistake she had done and after a month that bridge came off again I came to get it checked then she said because of some gaps in between the bridge and natural tooth some bacterial infection happened so my tooth had been broken and have a big cavity underneath. She told her assistant to put that bridge back and give me estimate for the repair of $5000 as soon but since she has vacation and none working days so they gave me 3 weeks later appointment. The bridge when assistant put it back it was not even sitting on my teeth because of broken piece in then assistant told the Dr about it but didn't even give a second look and tried to fix properly with temporary bond she told me might be it will come off in a day but something from over the counter I can buy and use in the meantime and Waite for my appointment in 3 weeks. The next day it came off as she knew that it would be well I called the office if she can accommodate me in because it is emergency and can't wait for that long since I have been her patient since last 15 plus years and spent a lot of money every year including my whole family but Katelin replied back so rudely and said that she can't accommodate at all regardless. The worst worsted experience I had from her and by her staff. It was very frustrating and very unprofessional by her. I will never going back to her and neither my family. I also needed so work done (chipped tooth). I found this company on my list of accepted instance providers and setup a cleaning. The cleaning went smooth. The lady doing my cleaning had worked for the company for I believe she said close or over 30 years. She may have been one of the sweetest and nicest people I've ever met. Very personable and good at her job. I came back to have the chipped tooth replaced. They cleared it out did some work put a temp in and scheduled me back two weeks later to put permanent replacement in. All the workers here share a common theme. All very nice and personable. I've only been here on three visits but I already feel welcomed and like a regular. My dental work was painless and the dentist and assistants made sure I was feeling nice and numb before starting and also frequently Checked on my well being during the procedure. As of right now I'm very happy with my new dental provider. It always provides some anxiety when making a change for primary doctors. But I'm already feeling at ease. I've already scheduled my cleaning for 6 months and hopefully I can just stick to needing my 2 times a year cleanings. But if I require more dental work then I already feel Comfortable that they Will take care of me and do a fine job.

As someone who had braces early in life, probably too early, my teeth have changed since the removal of my braces due to breaking and then losing my permanent retainer as well as the late arrival of wisdom teeth with subsequent shifting. My dental insurance finally removed the age restriction for orthodontia and I jumped at the opportunity to be evaluated by a handful of places around town to gauge my estimated length of treatment as well as treatment cost. After being evaluated by 2 other places I decided to look for someone who specialized in orthodontia vs a general practitioner. I found their office information through the Invisalign website and scheduled an appointment after seeing they had iTeo scanning - goodbye nasty impressions! I arrived to my appointment, walked upstairs and noticed something different....there were significantly more adults than kids in the waiting room, there wasn't obnoxious cartoons blaring in the background, and the overall feel was welcoming/warm but professional. My other experiences did not bode as well since I was the adult in a kid world with bright neon furniture and plastic orthodontia toys/decor surrounding me. I noticed there was a check in screen asking for fingerprint/name so I created my account and signed in. The screen prompted me to brush my teeth and have as seat (smart on the docs part, I can't imagine what they see). During this check-in process the staff were above and beyond friendly and helpful. The asked if I had brushed my teeth and if not showed me where the "station" was located. They provide floss, toothbrushes, toothpaste and mouth rinse so that if you are coming from work/school you can get the most out of your appointment by having a clean work surface - very much appreciated but I came prepared with squeaky clean teeth. I was taken back to a room, before my appointment time, asked what my concerns were, preference on braces type, general questions regarding treatments as well as previous work I had performed. From there X-rays and numerous photos were taken with and without my mouth open - super attractive BTW lol. I was taken back to the room and greeted by Dr. Goldberg. He reviewed my scans/pictures and then held a frank discussion of what could and could not be done with Invisalign, treatment time lines as well as general tips for when I return to my dentist (i.e. dental dams needing to be used with silver fillings as well as leaving them in until they NEED to be replaced). I truly appreciated the time he took to address my concerns as well as his detailed plan to correct the shifting that occurred. The other selling point he mentioned was that they (the office) realize people don't have time for appointments weekly/biweekly so they actually send you home with 8-12 weeks work of trays to replace weekly so that your treatment stays on course with minimal time off from work which is a huge bonus. I cannot stress enough how nice and engaging the employees are here. It shows how much they love working in that environment and with one another. I mentioned this to both the assistant and the doctor as it was a wee bit eerie, other offices should take note! I will definitely be getting my work done here once my waiting period is over for the treatment convenience, competitive pricing with significantly better equipment than other locations, the cleanliness of the location and of course the courteous employees!
