They an open office setting in the back, like a circle of chairs and the desk in the middle. (Same set up as the past too) but of course updated chairs and equipment. Scheduling future appointments is a breeze and they give you your note on the same page with off the info. The treatment plans are laid out in front of you and all the expectations they have for treatment and that we need to except of treatment. Financials were spelled out to me clearly and the expectations for that as well. As a child I never received braces or any ortho work. Until Dr. Summe's treatment I was always self conscious about what some considered "small" issues with alignment and bite. Dr. Summe and her awesome team have materially improved my smile (and confidence). They fixed several rotated teeth and properly adjusted my bite by expanding my upper arch (who knew an on-bite was dangerous?).
