Although Tramore is a sea-side town, the golf course is not a links course. That doesn't mean that you're sheltered from the sea-winds - you'll notice that a lot of the trees and gorse bushes have that slanted appearance where one side has been stunted by harsh sea winds, giving away the direction of the prevailing south westerlies.
The course lay-out and some of the holes have recently been remodelled.
Juniors are encouraged to play, but during restricted times.
The restaurant fare is typical - predictable and solid. The clubhouse has some great views over the course from here. read more
