This place is one of the best clean, healthy nutrition bars to get great tasting meals from. You can order in large quantities or walk in and get a bowl to go. Awesome food. Have been ordering delivery off one of the delivery apps for quite some time now. My personal favourite is the "bad ass Billy Gunn bowl". Ingredients are always fresh, meals are healthy, and portion sizes are generous. I recently began using their custom meal prep option. One of their staff took down all of my dietary needs then asked for specific preferences. I had high hopes for this place but the few times I have visited, I have been constantly disappointed. Most of the times something has run out so they ask to replace it with another type of veggie which doesn't benefit me as I usually get a bowl with most of the veggies they have on their menu. For a fast food healthy place, it takes a while for my order to get prepared my last visit it took 20 mins to wait for the staff who seemed inexperienced to finally keep staring at the board to put my one bowl together. I asked for the bowl exactly as it is on the board and felt disappointed with the small portions of veggies. As I was on a lunch break, it took a really long time to throw some veggies, chop some chicken and give me my bowl so I can be out the door. Finally, I was charged the wrong price since I asked for the regular size and then my bowl was taken back, pretty much dissected to remove the double amount of protein which I never asked for and I was barely left with any chicken when I went back to the office and opened up the lid. major disappointment. There were literally 7 small pieces of chicken in my salad bowl. I was sad about this one. The attendant asked me what size I wanted so I so asked what is the difference between small and large and I was told its the portion of the chicken and as someone who doesn't need excessive protein I said I was more than fine with the small size. I like the idea behind the healthy meal prep store but the service, portions and unprofessionalism in handling staff mistakes isn't inviting enough for me to want to return. I was originally keen on having my meal prep done by them but probably will have to look elsewhere as I didn't feel very impressed with quality of service. read more

This restaurant used to be great. I'm not sure if they switched owners but it has gone down hill from food to service. The last two times we visited the food took forever to come and the chicken tasted like a frozen chicken breast that had be defrosted and placed in a George Foreman grill drenched in sauces to mask that taste! But clearly failed! Very disappointed me and friends used to love this restaurant but their 20 mins of fame has gone! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! The food is reasonably priced, they have a variety of food options: burrito, burrito bowl, salad bowl, or smoothies. They also sell protein powder and other workout supplements. Their meal plan is very reasonable. The staff are very friendly. I love the fact that you can choose either brown rice or quinoa for your dish. I was not a fan of the iceberg lettuce that they used. I feel that having an option of kale, spinach or romaine lettuce would make their dishes more appetizing. Their seating is not the best(seems too simple/basic) and does not make the place very inviting for people who want to come in for lunch or an afterwork meal. Absolutely love the food, Thor bowl is my all time fav! I've been getting meal preps for a few months now. Par makes meal preps suitable for my needs and customizes meals for my specific diet. I highly recommend meal preps to those with a busy schedule or even a toddler that keeps you busy. Before starting my meal preps I would forget to eat because I was running after my toddler! It's a nice and clean place in a remote location. I am glad that it's close to my work and can grab a delicious meal from there when I need some lunch or dinner. The staff is friendly and provide exceptional service. The protein balls are amazing and maybe even a little addictive.. they are that good! I love the bowls! My favourite is the bad ass billy gun bowl! It has a little bit of everything that I love to eat. I would definitely recommend trying training day cafe. It's a great way to incorporate healthy food into your lifestyle and the best part is that they even do meal Preps.. all you have to do is order and you have meals ready to go!
