Our guide Ryan (Cowboy) was amazing. He kept it fun, moving and light, with just enough coaching to help you learn without feeling like you failed something. He was very energetic and engaging, although he should probably switch to decaf after lunch. The restaurant/bar was clean and inviting. There is a play area for littler ones. It is the whole package! I am in Orlando a couple times a year, and this will be one of my regular stops. I recommend making a reservation and buying tickets there once you decide what experiences you want to leave with.
