Food was adequate but disappointing. My husband had the broiled seafood platter and I had the broiled sea scallops. Our meals were flavored well but were lukewarm. The homemade onion rings were good and my baked potato was hot but the green beans were chewy and soggy at the same time. Three of us ate Dinner at Birch Point a week ago. We all had home made fries with our meal, they were oily, I suspect the fryer was not hot enough. My wife's clam roll came without the roll and the portion of clams was very small, less then 10 clams. There was a big pile of potatoes on all three plates. Our friend had broiled seafood dinner, again cold clams and very small portions. Presentation was also poor. He had been at the restaurant the week before and ordered the broiled dinner because of the generous portion he had seen the week before. I had the Philly Cheese Steak and other than the potatoes the steak was acceptable. All three meals included a small adequate salad. The prices on the menu were less then the prices on the bill, a few dollars per dinner. Two beers and a glass of wine were also ordered. The bill was $70.00. If this is the best they can do I will not be back, very disappointing. read more

The food is amazing but be prepared to wait because the service is really bad!!! Make sure they see you and know you are there to eat!!! No free refills. Very $$. I wouldn't say a good place for kids as the wait is just to long. The camp ground it's located in is awesome! But don't waste your $$ on wifi!! read more
