You just don't see that level of caring and attention put into auto repair these days. Our van is a unique rig, and Colin put in a lot of effort to find schematics to help him troubleshoot our issue. They were thorough enough to have the confidence in their diagnosis and solved the problem in one shot. Given our van was from the US, further effort was required to track down a USDM spec PCM that matched. They managed to get it fast tracked to the shop and had us back on the road in 2 days! They even allowed us to limp our van back to camp while we waited for the parts to arrive. Superb customer service and all-around awesome team. I was also extremely pleased with the reasonable price I was charged in a situation where they could have easily taken advantage of us. Wish I could bring this shop back to Portland with me!! He used a tool to measure the tread depth still available. Also they explained the difference between using the regular winter or summer tire and All Season Tires. I was unaware how the temperature on all season tires may result in unsafe driving conditions. I appreciate the time they spent and they were able to switch over my winter tires to my summer tires while I was there. Great service by the staff.

What was to be a 1.5 hr appointment was close to three hours. We dropped our vehicle off at 09:45 am, came back at 11:30 am and our vehicle was still on the tire bay hoist. We were asked which vehicle was ours. We told the woman what she needed to locate it. She never did report back as to how much longer it would be. In fact it was 12:45 pm before we got it returned to us, with no explanation nor apology for the delay. I would be hard-pressed to consider returning to this particular store for service in the future.
