Our 30 year old deck on Dutch Hollow Lake was in need of a new floor and rails. We got 3 bids and Merlin came in slightly under the other bids, BUT he was able to get the job done right away, not in months like the others! He came out and got the job done as promised. Over time a couple of the boards expanded and contracted leaving 3 gaps. I texted Merlin and he showed uup to fix it while I was still texting pictures!! I couldn't believe it.
