I've become a big fan of TradeWraps! I made a computer sketch of what I wanted on my VW GTI. When I walked into their office I wasn't even sure if they could do what I wanted. We physically walked around my car to find the correct lines and color. My wrap has been on my car for 1 year and I constantly get people that have no idea it's a wrap. In the past 2 weeks I've had 6 people stop me to talk about my car, the first thing they always ask about my custom "paint". I've had 2 vehicles branded by Tradewraps this year. The first transaction was a little rough because my designer left the company in the middle of the process and then my van wasn't even started when I went to pick it up at the agreed upon time. This meant I was without a van for 2 days plus the travel time from Woodbridge to Manassas. As a small business owner, I understand that things happen and everyone deserves a second chance. When it came time to do my truck, I gave them a second chance and they redeemed themselves. The design process was quick and easy, the truck looks super sharp, the install schedule was according to plan and I was able to pick it up on time. Overall I'm happy and will continue to bring my vehicles to Tradewraps in the future. I will also say that I've worked with 3 other wrap companies in the past. We used to take out trucks to Charlottesville but that was proving to outweigh the cost savings, another company closed down a year after doing our trucks in Manassas, and the third didn't seem to understand the design side of the business but was a great installer. Out of the 4 companies, Tradewraps has been the overall best company to work with. read more

We have two vehicles wrapped by Tradewraps - a Sprinter Van in 2015 and a Ram truck in 2017. After less than a year, I noticed bubbling in the Sprinter wrap, especially along edges - either the wheel well or on the main side sections where the body indents. I contacted Tradewraps in November, 2017 and explained my problem. They asked for photos, and I promptly sent them. NOTHING HAPPENED. I heard nothing back. Fearing my wrap would continue to fail, I contacted them again in June, 2018. Now, it has become my problem to return this vehicle to Manassas. I will have to take a day off to fix their mistakes. NOT COOL. Incidentally, I met a plumber yesterday in my small town - who also has a sprinter and who also got a wrap from Trade Wraps in 2015. I noticed his wrap has the very same problems in the same places. Obviously not an isolated incident. As to the 2017 Ram wrap, time will tell. It is mostly a flat surface, something Tradewraps might be better doing. read more

We used Trade Wraps for a work vehicle a couple years ago. Last year we used another company. BIG MISTAKE! We're back using Trade Wraps again. The one they did two years ago still looks better than the one done last year by the other company. Their design work, materials and attention to detail is top notch. We just had them do another vehicle and the results are nothing short of amazing. The process was easy and the wrap looks awesome. The colors are more vivid. TradeWraps disconnected my door locks and won't make it right. I bought a brand new 2014 Sprinter Van on Dec 31, 2014. I delivered it to Tradewraps in latter January, 2015 to be wrapped - after the design phase. Got the wrap back and had some issues with the wrap itself - and I've reviewed them before on the actual wrap - but this is another problem. Because I have automatic door locks with a fob, I never actually used the physical key to unlock my doors. My battery died a while back on my fob, so I tried unlocking the doors with my key. The key turned but nothing happened on both the driver door and the rear door (the only two doors with external locks.) I replaced my battery and decided whenever I was in for service I would have it looked it. Certainly with both not working - something was up. Due an airbag recall recently, I drove to my nearest dealer two hours away. I asked that they look at that issue. They did and said that both doors had the linkage removed. I asked if that could have happened when the van was built. They said that making sure both locks work properly is part of the checklist when they sell a vehicle. I asked what could it be. They said that if the handles were removed when it was wrapped and the installer forgot to reconnect, that was it. $210 later, I contacted Tradewraps. They said yes, they did remove the handles but otherwise they could not possibly understand how it was their fault and refused to pay for their mistake. This is the second time these people will not stand behind their work. AVOID THIS COMPANY. read more

I work for a property management company in the Northern VA area. We recently purchased 5 Nissan Versas for our leasing teams. It was a great branding opportunity for our company so we decided to look into doing more than just plain old vinyl graphics. I found Trade Wraps through a basic Google search. While their pricing was more on the expensive side than the other vendors I spoke with, I truly believe that you get what you pay for when it comes to tedious projects such as vehicle wrapping. Their designer, Zach, was easy to communicate with and turned design edits around so quickly. The design process moved faster than I anticipated. Scheduling the drop off and pick up of the cars was also easy. I would say there was a little confusion with the front desk and our main rep, Brad. However, I later learned that there were some staff adjustments that caused said confusion. All in all, Trade Wraps is professional, timely and my vehicles look GREAT! This review is solely on customer service. My son has a DOC Band and I have called four times in three weeks and have yet to get an answer to see if they will be able to provide the service. The first gentlemen was very nice, took my information on a Thursday and said the person to assist me was out of the office and would call me back. I called back the next day to make sure he had my number correct because I had not received a call back. He then told me the person was out for the rest of the week, but he had my email and he sent my contact information over. So, I called later that next week to make sure we can get on the list for Novwmber and was assured I would get a callback. So, I called this Monday and my information was located by my email address and I explained that my son only has to wear the band 5 weeks. He congratulated us and said someone would call me back before then end of that day. And it is Friday and no call back. I would have appreciated a call to say they couldn't do it if that was the case or something. I am highly disappointed in the customer service considering I have heard such high regards about their work. read more
