This company is outstanding, period. Look no further. I'm getting a lot of work done to my house which means I have had to get numerous quotes for the various projects. By far, reaching out to Trademark was the easiest. Mike responded right away! Not everyone I've dealt with is on time or promptly arrives when it's time to work the way they have. I was very nervous about picking paint colors and absolutely listened to the recommendation of their foreman Robert when he suggest that I paint the brick a darker color than the main house, rather than paint the brick white which is what I initially wanted. I can't tell you how happy I am that I listened to him, or how kind he was through the whole process. Not only that, but he took the color on the door and added it into a small area above my garage which ended up being perfect. Beyond making my house beautiful (because they certainly did!), they also took the time to seal it up with buckets of caulking before painting it since my house is old and had gaps between the wood, brick, and stucco. They also cleaned up after themselves, even sweeping out my patio and arranging the patio furniture when they were done. I rarely leave comments, but in this case - how could I not? They were my 5th bid, after interviewing and multiple problems with several. I searched again, saw recommendations on Next door and Yelp and I called Trademark. They were the highest bid but.... Better quality paint, a detail oriented professional leading and training the team, attention to detail, communication, no mud from washing, no mess left behind, professional. I had Robert and his team. Amazing attention to detail, nice guy, very courteous. They mentioned my old ratty lamps and fixtures and I'm so glad they did! They take down all the light fixtures, they don't paint around like others do. I got new: Lights, fixtures, flag holder, house numbers, door handle and instead of putting the old dirty ones back which would have looked awful, they put the new clean ones up instead, no up charges. The whole house looked beautiful, and I got so many compliments. Still do. They did 4 colors and it's now 2 years later and it's still beautiful. Thank you! read more

I am so pleased that we hired Trademark Painting to paint the exterior of our home. We had a number of bids and I decided to go with Trademark. I had been recommended to them, here from Yelp and from other reputable sources. Their pricing is very competitive and it was so easy to communicate with Mike the owner.  Mike helped us with our paint and color selection.... Very professional advise and very patient! Robert and Jason, a father-son combination, teamed up to do an awesome job. Robert has been painting for 35 years and you can tell! Their preparation was very thorough and their skill level is very high... Robert is very skilled in the patching of missing stucco... Robert performs very thorough coverage spraying the stucco, which is very important. They even did a few extra things which we had not thought of. I can honestly say that Mike the owner, along with Robert and Jason, are truly not finished until you the client are very happy! That's not easy to find these days. read more

I got a quote from this company in 2019. Unfortunately, I could not afford to get the job done. Now, three years later, my circumstances have changed and I reached out to them to re quote the same job. I emailed twice, with no response to either email. I called and spoke to a woman. I told her what I needed and she said someone would be in touch. No one ever called me. I waited about a month, and called again. This time a man answered. Told him I needed a quote, and that Mike had been to my property in May 2019. I told him this was my fourth and final attempt to get a quote. No one ever called me. Very unprofessional and rude. October 2020, Mike and his team just finished painting the exterior part of my house with accent colors, garage door, and side gate. They painted my interior walls, and painted 48 kitchen drawers and cabinet doors. They are true professionals. Mike Cross and his team just finished painting the entire exterior of my home. Mike was very professional and friendly when I requested quote. He is willing to make sure you select the colors you want so I did ask for samples more than once and he was very accommodating. They painted the exterior of my 97-year-old home in the historic district of Riverside and also did minor repairs to my all-wooden home. I have gotten compliments on my beautifully restored house. First, let me say neither my wife nor I have any affiliation with Trademark Painting, other than being VERY satisfied customers. We just had our entire house, patio cover, and fire ring seating area painted by Trademark, and they exceeded our expectations in every way. We received three estimates, all from well reviewed painters before selecting Trademark, but it turned out to be an easy choice. Trademark was no more expensive, but clearly the most professional company we talked to. Mike is a licensed contractor which was a big plus in regards to our liability concerns (not all of the painters we talked to were licensed). When we met Mike for the original estimate, he was very patient with us while we worked through various options that we were considering. He was also zero pressure, and was willing to give us different estimates for differing amounts of work. We weren't sure how much we could afford or wanted to do. So we were weighing the idea of repairing and painting just the most needed areas versus having him refurbish and paint the entire house. In the end, he was so reasonably priced that we asked them to do more work than we originally planned to do. When Robert and Jason, the painters, showed up they were just as friendly and professional as Mike had been. They also worked patiently with us and offered helpful ideas as we continued to rework our color scheme. They were always on time, courteous, helpful, professional, and finished the job ahead of schedule from what we were originally told to expect. One neighbor has already asked them for an estimate too, and we will use them again in the future for any construction/ painting job. This team is so professional, prompt and does such top-notch work for really reasonable prices. They've been an enormous relief and snap to work with. My mom's contractor has been an abject failure at pulling together subcontractors who are steadily available to work and follow through.
