Thus I was pleasantly surprised to find that Leo and his team were quite friendly to me when I dealt with them when applying to and ultimately acquiring a rental property through them. They were only listing the property and finding tenants for the owner, who we now deal directly with, but during our brief period of contact I was quite impressed (but hey, considering the pretty low standards set by other agents, I'm easily impressed). The lady who took us through the inspection was very chatty and accommodating and she let us know (my housemates and I) from the outset about our chances for securing the place, also giving some helpful hints about dealing with our current landlord. I often see the Mr Tsimpikas himself strolling about West End during the daylight hours. It's good to know he's a local guy, and not some living dead blood sucker cloistered away in a hardwood coffin.

Ammiright?…read more Upon moving in we swiftly identified a few plumbing issues that required far more expert attention than we and our buddies Bunnings and YouTube could give (we offered them a six pack each for helping but no dice). McGrath & Frisby were highly recommended to us and we haven't looked back. These guys are warm, friendly and Iappreciate that they talk to me without that, "Let me leave a note for your boyfriend" tone. More over, I respect that on the most recent occasion we called for their services the plumber didn't go straight for the money bag. Instead he made a few adjustments and put in place a "this should honestly hold and fix the issue without you needing to buy a new bathroom sink and plumbing" solution. We still may need to, but I appreciated the approach of trying an alternative before getting to that. Suffice to say, dealing with the lads (there may be ladies, I just haven't met them yet), has been a breeze. So much of a breeze I'd tell you to call them when you next find yourself in need of a good local electrician or plumber.

I've used the guy a few times now and he fixes stuff right but keep the costs reasonable. Rather than just throw away a large costly item with a broken piece, he'll look to replace just the broken piece - why? - because there is nothing wrong with rest of the equipment! He takes pride in his work and genuinely wants to do the best job he can for me the customer. I'll ring him every single time because I trust him. He has always been honest with me when I know full well he could have taken me to the cleaners if he was so inclined. (Just a little bit of knowledge with these things has shown me on a number of occasions that he is very fair, reasonable and trust worthy.) Alan.
