Upon arriving at the office space, the building is clean and spacious. The front desk personnel are incredibly inviting and pleasant. You are directed on where to go, and you don't feel like you're a bother to the staff; they make you feel like you belong there. I never wait more than a few minutes for any of my appointments. I know that they are swamped, but they are always quick to get you back into the room. The ancillary staff treat you extremely nicely, especially Andrea! They make sure to remember things about you, and it feels very comfortable to be in the office. They do a great job with the before-and-after aspects of the visit, as well as addressing any needs that arise during the visit, including any wraps or other items that require attention. They are also great at getting paperwork back quickly, which makes it much easier when coordinating care with your work. Now, onto the man himself, Dr. Hoffman. I cannot recommend this provider more! He is empathetic; he listens to you in the office, takes the time to answer all your questions, and does so using words that are easy to understand. I did need surgical intervention, and I was so happy that Dr. Hoffman was the one performing my surgery. He was timely with my surgery, and my husband was pleased with the report he received at the end of the surgery. We were provided with all the necessary information to ensure a smooth recovery at home. My experiences after surgery were phenomenal. I really had little pain with my 2-hour surgery. Dr. Hoffman was able to place a block, and it held for much longer than expected, which greatly aided my healing. He made sure I was coming in regularly to the office and listened to every one of my questions. He really took the time to ensure that I was comfortable with my care and was encouraging about my progress. I highly recommend Dr. Hoffman for all your podiatry needs, and I will continue to work with him, as there is another foot still in need of care.

DR HOFFMAN was amazing along with his NURSE. I had a heel spur but he said that wasn't the pain, I had plantar faciaitis I was in so much pain. I got the best service. She gave me options from short term, in office, conservative tactics to a longer-term option of straight-forward surgery. She recommended waiting to see if the short-term option worked things out; I appreciate not rushing to do this work. She was patient, a great listener, provided options, gave me ideas on how to tackle another foot issue and slow down the degenerating process. And, a doctor is sometimes only as good as their staff. The team is kind, funny, and engaging. I've already recommended her within a day to others. :) I do not mess around with professionals when they have a direct impact on my physical health. While recently coming to the surgery center for my husband's procedure, I experienced just that. The staff were attentive to us while my husband waited to go back for his surgery, and they even kept me updated with his progress by text which was very reassuring. I didn't know that would be an option. Before surgery, my husband's surgeon even said a quick prayer for us. Because we are religious, it really meant a lot to us that he did. Knock on wood, I have only been a visitor to Forte, and not a patient. But I've known three people…read morewho have been patients at Forte, and all of them have had great experiences here. These patients sing praises about Forte, from the doctors to the nurses to the efficient people at the front desk. From a visitor's point of view, Forte is great. They are very straightforward with their instructions, which I appreciate. Just tell me what to do and what to expect, and I'll do it and expect it. Everything went pretty much according to what they said. They have a smoothly running system here. Visitors can help themselves to the unlimited coffee and water at the coffee and water station. This is where the Little Free Library is located! The waiting room also has multiple seating arrangements, from high-top desks to comfy chairs to love seats. Or, if you need something to eat or drink, there's a cafe on the first floor. (See my separate review for La Verna Cafe.) The waiting room is airy and bright. One thing that's kinda weird is that a "cruise director" comes and talks about what to expect with your surgery ... right in the waiting room, among all those random people. That seems unusual, right? However, there are private rooms that you're taken to when the time comes to talk about your particular case with the doctor. As a visitor who is not a patient, Forte is great. But I've been told that it's also great being a patient here, so there's that.

They are always prompt ( I am not :-) , efficient and very kind. We have been extremely pleased with all of Services they have provided us . Dr. Shouse is my personal Dr. and he's really a great Guy. He's professional but not stuffy . He's experienced but not a know - it- all and Dr. Shouse has a great personality . He's very pleasant , funny and makes you feel comfortable right off the bat .
