Today I got a fill on my acrylics and hands down was the best experience! I had a newer guy named Khanh and he was so gentle and made sure the nails were shaped perfectly to what I wanted (short coffin) Usually when I ask for short coffin I am told we can't do that from most nail places. Also I loved that Thai and the others are very sanitary! Asked every customer to wash hands before touching anything, sprayed down the station in front of me, had Clorox wipes and Lysol everywhere, and even had a customer leave because she wouldn't wear her mask correctly. They also yelled at their kids and disciplined them loudly, while they cried and while customers were in the lobby. Not many options out here in Aberdeen for nails. I liked this place but now you can't make an appointment it's only walk-in. So if there is a 30 minute wait you can't leave and come back . So you sit waiting on a couch that is very uncomfortable To go sit in your pedicure chair that has no cushion so by the time you leave you can't walk and your but hurts. But on the positive side they do do a good job on my toes and I am happy with them. But since I value my time off I probably won't be back since I don't want to waste part of my day off waiting. read more

I went to this place a few months ago and they did a good job on my pedicure. However, they are not very friendly and I personally think the prices for a pedicure in this area are outrageous. I have only lived here for 6 months and I am appalled at the price of a wax, (no threading anywhere) and 30$? I don't get it. The pedicure I received in October in California was $18 and threading which is better than old school waxing is $22!!!! I only went for a pedicure. I was a little nervouse because I have not had much luck with the local salons. In fact, my finger nails are healing from poor service elsewhere. I didnt need to worry. Nathan took care of me and he did an amazing job. Not only was the pedicure very professional, but we had a very nice conversation as well. I enjoyed my time and am pleased with the result. The inside of the facility is a bit janky... they have their garbage laying everywhere and one of the guys was sleeping in the waiting area while another lady sat in the back eating hot Cheetos.... not very professional. I realize this business is new, but the place is barely furnished, and the furnishings that are there are used, and the manicure stands have very visible damage from chemicals. The "Waiting Room" has oversized chairs/sofas that only really, really tall people could feel comfortable on. I am 5'6", and they were too large for me!7 The staff perhaps can't afford child care, so a back room is being used for childcare. Not only was it noisy, but a child kept interrupting my nail tech and distracting her. And, to top it all off, my nail tech was obviously in a hurry, and was going so fast it was nerve wracking! This is the third time I've now rescheduled my appointment at a certain time, because you know, we all have lives and time is valuable. But your time here is not valued! When you make a 3pm appt, you want to be seen at 3pm. Not 15-25minutes later! This place was very disappointing. I entered the salon to see the man in charge yelling at a young lady who needed help & he was being so rude to her! When the female came into the situation, she put her hands on the young lady & snatched her hand to see her nails! Staff was friendly and got us seated and our feet soaking quickly so we were comfortable and relaxed while waiting for our nail tech to begin on the pedicures. I came back into this train wreck of a salon to get my nails fixed because the skinny lady with glasses did my nails crooked. The man named Thai (owner) said that's how they do nails and there's nothing wrong with them I also told him the nail polish isn't on all the nails fully. So the lady who did my nails comes yelling in their language and he then decided to file my nails standing up. Then the lady grabs my hand and squeezed it hard and asked another customer her opinion on my nails. So i told her that this has nothing to do with her and she needs to keep her out of it because it's not professional. After he filed my nails for 30 seconds I asked to get them repainted because he took polish off on the top. He then got in my face and told me "GET OUT OF MY SALON! I'M TIRED OF YOU PEOPLE". And I said "you people? What category are you putting me in?" And he said "All! THIS IS MY SALON, GET OUT, IM GOING TO CALL THE POLICE!" He continued to get in my face and kept yelling So the customer that was asked her opinion on my nails got up from her chair and said " Thai, you need to stop". So that's when I found out his name and left. I went to the Aberdeen Police station and made a report and will be kept on file Incase they verbally abuse another customer. Me and my family were in there today. Took 3.5 hours to get 3 mani and pedis done when they had 5 people "working" only 3 were actually working and then the rest were just sitting while there were people waiting. On my nails I got French tips (I have very short nails) from a lady. Yet my other family member asked for French tips (she has medium length nails) from another worker and he refused to do them because "her nails are too short". She was he last to get her mani pedi and while she was receiving her pedi he did not even put a towel or massage her feet because they were running behind yet me and my other family member received both. And we were still charged full price for half of the service. My 3rd family member's gel nails were very poorly done and lots of sloppy let over polish... The venue was great but the inside is very dirty and there was many many crackers crushed into the carpets and loose cords everywhere. read more

I have been going to Nathan for several months. He does a very good job and is a very nice young man. I am driving from Ocean Shores so I always make my appointment for every three weeks at the end of each appointment. About 6 weeks ago I arrived at my scheduled appointment time to find the salon closed due to a funeral. Nathan had my phone # but never called to let me know. When we talked and I rescheduled my appointment I explained to Nathan that it is a great inconvenience for me to drive all the way to Aberdeen and have my appointment cancelled and not be called. I made sure he had my phone #. Today, I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and was told by his brother that Nathan was not there and that my appointment was crossed out in the appointment book. I asked if someone else could give me my mani/pedi and he said they were busy with their own clients. That is it for me! I went to Wishkah and they were able to take me and did a very good job. I was going to give it a higher rating as my dad was happy w the service but I cannot look past the customer service after he was done. I was out in the car waiting and see a guy knocking in the window, he says you need to get him out he is too old get him out. Covid high risk we can't help w his socks and shoes you need to.. my initial thought was to go make sure to take care of dad, get him in the car and then go back in and talk further but my dad said the job was well done but as I drove him back to his house drop him off and then to mine I thought more and more about it and can't let it go. UNSANITARY. SCREAMING CRYING KIDS. RUSHED & RUDE! I came in here with my friend and from the start the man was rushing us saying " you need to hurry up" while we had 2 colors in our hands about to decide but I guess he couldn't wait 30 more seconds. So we both sit down but my friend had to wait an extra 5 minutes(after they rushed us) for the skinny lady with glasses that was dealing with her screaming kid. There were many unsanitary issues I saw. #1 I noticed the lady did not wash her hands before doing my friends nails after dealing with her crying kid. She left my friend 3 times to deal with her kid and didn't wash or sanitize her hands once. Nasty. #2 they do not place a towel or paper towel on the counter. Your hand Is straight sitting on top of the counter. #3 I saw the customer after me sit down and the lady did her nails without sanitizing her work area. #4 the working materials were not label cleaned or in a ziplock bag. Instead the lady just threw it in her drawer. #5 the towels to dry your hands are out in the open and germs and dust can easily be on it. They weren't in a drawer or cabinet where they would be the cleanest. Lastly, the man tells me the lady will finish my nails and he gets up and nudges my friends chair and slams my nail polish of choice on the counter like my business & money was a burden to him. DO NOT GO HERE! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more
