This is an incredibly disorganized and unprofessional office. Their automated system is a…read morenightmare, they literally have two menus that they send you through for the same options. But worse than that is how rude the staff is and how difficult it is to try to get in for an appointment. They gave me the run around for over a month trying to get my daughter in for much needed treatment. They didn't return phone calls and changed providers and canceled appointments on us without notice. They need to get their act together. All I want is help for my daughter and this is how they treat people.

During our first appointment, we sat with her to discuss his whole health history and all my concerns. Every appointment thereafter, I felt like she really knew and understood him. The lab tests we've done were very comprehensive and she took the time to explain the results carefully. I better understand gut health (and it's importance!) because of her. She is very knowledgable about both natural and conventional supplements and medicine. I've never felt rushed or uncomfortable around her, like I have with other doctors. Every appointment, we've left with a clear treatment plan and next steps. I also saw her earlier this year when I was having some health issues of my own, mainly due to pandemic stress. Just as with my son, she took the time to know my health history and develop a treatment plan with supplements and lab tests. She is an expert on women's health, and I appreciated her insight on seed cycling and adrenal issues. As she transitions to mainly telehealth, I intend to continuing see her for my health needs. I wish she could be my primary health practioner because it's so difficult to find someone who really takes the time to understand the whole you.

They decided to hold my husband's medication hostage due to an appointment scheduled with another doctor. That doctor's office sent them the information they needed and they decided unilaterally to cancel my husband's appointment at Family Care of the Fox Cities with NO NOTICE. No call, no text. Then they refused to renew his prescriptions even though they were informed of the other upcoming appointment. Honestly we should have been shopping around when Dr. Richter announced his retirement. To top it off: they are now installing spy cameras in the waiting room. I don't think that's going to make patients feel at ease.
