I researched and really liked the "feel" of Atlanta Dental Spa. Their "No Judgement" attitude is what I liked the most. I walked in the front door (BIG step) and Tiara took such great care of me. She is so sweet!! After x-rays and scans, I met with Dr. Gandhi who was very understanding of my fear. He was gentle and explained everything that needed to be done and what those options were. It was scary looking at all that was needed, but they offer sedation dentistry and that's what I did. After a good couple of hours of being "consciously knocked out", Dr. Gandhi, Whitney and Britney got the work done! I left being able to smile showing my teeth for the first time in years! But more so, correcting the things that could affect the rest of my health. After I got home I did NOT have ANY pain which is saying a lot as I had a ton of work done. They said that days 3-4 might be the worst for pain, but there was NONE. And that's taking nothing but ibuprofen. The advancement of dentistry is amazing. More than that, finding a dental office that treats you like family, sees you at your scheduled time, offers you neck warmers, blankets, headphones with your choice of music...but most of all truly cares about your patient experience. Then came Dr. Lee. In an incredibly calm and professional manner, she rebuilt the facial bone, placed implants, and coordinated closely with the dentist who finished the job with crowns. The results are amazing. Even the dentist who finished the work took pictures to show the other dentists who said it couldn't be done. Not only can I not say enough about Dr. Lee's skills, but she is also obviously passionate about the her work and the care of her patients, encouraging me to come by the office as needed during the process at no extra charge. I went in for a consultation, and since my teeth were impacted, Dr. Rockwell made some suggestions on how to get that wisdom tooth out. I trusted him from day one. I came back about a week later to get the tooth extracted, and he made sure I had plenty of medicine before coming in to get my tooth taken out. I was assisted by Ceena, and she was AMAZING through and through. She got me together before Dr. Rockwell came in, ready to pull a tooth!! LOL. I came here…read moreto have all 4 wisdom teeth removed and was surprised at the care and attention to detail from his staff in addition to the cleanliness of the office. They explained everything to me and even shared their own experience with the procedure. To my surprise, I didn't need sedation. I had never heard of that. But the staff made me completely comfortable with moving forward. I can also say that the price was very reasonable, IMO. Dr. Rockwell came in and took a look at my XRays and came off as extremely competent, comfortable doing the procedure, and with an incredible "chairside manner". I scheduled my procedure right away. The procedure went very well, I felt no pain until later on that night when my mouth started to "wake back up". I opted for numbing and laughing gas. Highly recommend because I'm super nervous at the dentist and it calmed me down during the process. Dr. Rockwell and his assistants were quick, thorough, calm, and checked on me several times during the procedure. Although I wasn't sedated, I did have to be driven home because I took preliminary medication for pain management. I'll spare you the details of the healing process (I had no issues at all) but I'll say that each time I came back for a follow up, Dr. Rockwell expressed how I had progressed and let me know of which foods that I was then allowed to eat. Just a great experience. IF I needed more dental surgery ( I pray I don't), I would come back to Dr. Rockwell1 They do have validated parking in the garage around back, just FYI.

I called them myself and was able to get someone in less than 5 minutes. It was literally one of the prompts when you call. 2 - I requested them to fill out my medical leave paperwork for my job. It took them 3 weeks to complete the form. The form is only one page long. It should not have taken that long. 3 - I made several attempts to get my final bill and a copy of my records, but to no avail. It has been 7 months now and no contact. Other issues I experienced: Wait times are atrocious & they have no respect for your time. When it came time for my final consultation what should have been a hour appointment ended up being a three hour appointment. And the worse part is that - I did not even get to voice my concerns or ask questions, as the doctor somehow disappeared and never came back! Even so after all the communications and all the long appointment times to this office, my original medical issue was not resolved. Very disappointing! I suggest you take your business elsewhere. This place does not care for you at all!!

I rarely leave reviews, but this was one of the worst dental experiences I've had…read more I initially came in for a routine cleaning and to establish a treatment plan. The hygienist was unprofessional, inattentive, and careless. Water was being sprayed all over me the entire time, and I had to repeatedly ask for a spit cup, which she never provided. Another hygienist had to step in to help, which was embarrassing and completely unacceptable. Oh and it took almost a hour to do my xrays. I even communicated to the office manager that I did not want that hygienist if I ever returned, and looking back, that should have been my first sign not to come back at all. I later returned due to a dental emergency to have a crown repaired. From the start, there was confusion about why I was even there. I clearly stated I came for a crown repair and to ask about a possible filling, yet the doctor documented that I was "upset" simply for correcting her. That note was both unprofessional and inaccurate and felt like an attempt to misrepresent me instead of acknowledging the mistake. During the procedure, I experienced intense sensitivity from the cold air and water. I repeatedly told the doctor it was painful and asked for adjustments. She refused and kept insisting it "had to be that way" instead of making even the smallest effort to make me comfortable. Rather than listening, she chose to argue and dismiss what I was saying. I eventually had to stop everything and request another doctor because I could not tolerate it anymore. The second doctor was no better. My mouth was numbed to the point where I could not move it at all and had to have my mouth physically opened. I was in pain for days afterward, which has never happened to me from a dental visit. After all of this, the final result was a crown that left a visible gap between my teeth. Before agreeing to the procedure, I specifically asked if the crown would eliminate the gap that showed with the temporary, and I was told yes. That gap did not exist before my crown broke, yet now it does. When I went back to address it, I had already requested not to see either of the previous doctors, yet they still tried to assign me to one of them or offered a provider fresh out of residency. At that point, it felt like there was no accountability at all. I was then told the gap was caused by the adjacent tooth, which makes no sense given this was not an issue before. This entire experience was frustrating, uncomfortable, and honestly concerning. Between the unprofessional behavior, inaccurate documentation, lack of care for patient comfort, and poor results, I would not recommend this office to anyone.

He had to spend thousands with a reputable dentist to fix the mistake and original problem which was a cracked tooth. Sage promised to return the thousands he paid in advance for the procedure. These guys are frauds masquerading as health professionals
