Complained for more money every time the grass was tall because I would ask them to come, and they'd show up a week or two later. And after the first mow of the season they've blocked my number. I paid extra for the first mow this year, and they didn't even ask. Overall never knew if they'd show up, they never showed up consistently every two weeks, I always had to reach out, and regularly had to haggle price. Bad explanations were given like "I need more this season because gas is higher." Except gas will only temporarily be high but wants to go ahead and establish it will be higher all season regardless. Nothing beyond this to say. Have message receipts for all the claims, including getting blocked.

It started right, they rushed out for some sprinkler work and I asked about replacing my 18yr old fence. I got an estimate a little higher than the next closest so seemed inline, plus the quote had a little more detail. This was all preCOVID. After my deposit, they cancelled. starting multiple times, were consistently late and new excuses each time. We were 6 mo. In with more cancelations and some rain issues, but wouldn't have been if they honored earlier commitments. When the owner personally showed, he did work hard but I even had to mention after demo ended and they were mostly done, they left a batch of crap in the backyard that I had to ask several times to clean up. Cancelations got worse near the last 25% but then they convinced my wife to pay balance doe to personal financial challenges. After that everything was a struggle. More cancels and I complained about no caps on posts, no cement in post holes, missing boards, aesthetic issues,, gate issues and other stuff to drag to about a year for my fence. They wear you down with missed promises and I finally gave up. Now less than 2yrs old, I am having to hire another fence contractor to fix it. Don't get suckered like me.

A few months later, I submitted a work request on his website and never received a response. I eventually gave up and decided to wait on the work until a later time. Another few months later, I submitted a work order again trying to get service done before I could have some other non-related jobs completed. Set up a meeting to come out and get a quote. DId not show. Called hours later stating "car trouble"... again... Rescheduled. Did not show on the second date... but came out hours later when no one was home. He left a quote on voice mail but I was unsure what the quote was for since I hadn't really given any details on what I wanted to do. Called back a few days later to try yet again to set up a meeting about the job. At the present time we are over an hour passed the window I was given for him to show and can't wait any longer.
