I live a good distance from the store. I did everything I could to kill time. I came back at 3 hours and they started washing my pup after I came in! I told them that I would pay for any services that they had performed, but I couldn't wait any longer! I was told that they take pets in and rotate around and get to them when they can. Unacceptable! I made my appointment 10 days in advance! With an 11 o'clock appointment, my pet should be done at 12. Small dog/easy cut. My previous groomer (she moved) did an outstanding job full package in 50-55 minutes. Shame on you Petsmart! An appointment should be honored as an appointment or else just discontinue making appointments and "first come/first served." I will obviously not be coming back to this salon. The Petsmart salon in busy Roswell, Georgia kept to their appointments. Hopefully, the even further drive to Anderson Petsmart will show more professionalism.

They told me to call back with a official date to pick up the dog I had chosen to adopt. Come to find out the dog was adopted a week prior and they were not able to give me a solid answer and told me they would call me back (BIG LIE!!). Called the next day and was told the dog was adopted, explained how I was supposed to adopt the dog and had personally been called my Amanda due to being on the dogs file and set up that I would adopt her and was then told I was put on the file again as the person adopting the dog. I had dates and voicemalls to prove this. When explaining this to the oconee employee, they hung up on me!! No respect or decency to admit their mistake at all. She wasn't pushy like other places we had visited. Meagan really has a genuine love for her pups. We went in looking for a Poodle and ended up with a Maltipoo. I recently brought home two teacup Yorkshire Terriers, and I am absolutely in love with them. From the moment I picked them up, I could tell how much love and care had gone into raising them. One of them, Tiny, went straight to the pee wee pad when we got home--such a smart little guy! His older brother Titan loves to cuddle and falls asleep in my sisters arms when she hold him. Seeing how they behave really shows how well they're cared for and prepped before going to their forever homes.
