I had to wait quite a bit before I got service or assistance in the store and then it took over a week for me to get my gun safe delivered. I felt like everyone was nice enough, I just felt ignored while they were attending to other customers who were even there after I was. The product definitely appeared to be valuable enough. I think one of the reasons that it took so long to get to me was the difficulty of getting my safe from where it was located under the center of a tarp outside and in the middle of a bunch of other stuff. Had they just said that was a problem then it would not have been an issue? They instead made other excuses and made me feel like other deliveries took priority over mine. Anytime you're left guessing as to why you're not getting the attention you deserve, you're left wondering what it means about you that is causing such treatment? That's poor customer service in a nutshell is it not?
