But once I found Ruff House I immediately felt relieved. I have now taken my dog to day care and boarded her for a long weekend and felt very comfortable the whole time. They are great at communication, pictures and have so many amenities for you to be able to personalize your dog's visit. I got pictures every day and saw my dog having the time of her life! Not only is their doggie day care and boarding wonderful, but their social media presence is very consistent, creative and so entertaining! It was so fun to see their post and my dog having so much fun while I was away. Lastly, each employee I have talked to has been very kind and helpful, they really reassured me when I boarded my dog the first time! With 100% recommend this family business!

If I could make it less. I Would..we used Chloe the last few times at Earthwise but never again…read morewill we walk in that store. The mother, daughter and Chloe ambushed us when we came in. We have Cavapoochons and I admit they were matted on front under chin and haunches, but the staff were ugly and rude. The rest of their coat was fine but we asked that they leave at least and inch of hair...when we picked them up they were rat dogs. They had shaved them down to the skin and all you can see is pink skin. You can tell chloe and team didn't care and just shaved off the problem. Their ears are full of hair which should have been trimmed as it can cause ear infections. The whole staff including Chloe were rude to us. Yes the mats are probably us but we've never owned long haired dogs. There was NO reason to shave their hair to the nub and Ed has a small Gash on his leg as well.....so disappointed in Chloe. The whole store people were rude and obnoxious. I called around and EVERY groomer said they could have left an inch of hair and not shave them to the pink skin. We also found a groomer that was willing to work with matting to get them out. More money and multiple visits but at least no rat dogs. Cavapoochons have the most beautiful fir. Our vet was horrified at how close to the skin our dos got shaved! Anyhow DO NOT use!!!! Worst experience ever and don't let Chloe's sweetness fool you!!! Such a shame. We'll never set foot in place again, they don't care about dogs just moving them out quickly so they can make more money!
