This means that it takes 20 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic, to drive out here, yet I do make the trip several times a year. At one point, I came out here to get my dog's food as they were the only carriers of 5 and 6 star dog food for a reasonable price. They still carry it, but much closer store does as well for only slightly more, but quite a bit less time in the car. That said, I still come out here to pick up some of the harder to find items I need. For instance, I was just out here to pick up some cottonseed meal. I originally wanted cornmeal, but they were out, so I ended up with this instead (we are talking 50 lbs sacks, not what you get at the grocery). After several phone calls around town and stopping at a few places, they were the only place I could find it. They carry all sorts of great gear to wear, pet products, and yard products. Somethings are cheaper here than other places, many are more expensive, but a lot of those are very hard to find otherwise. Even if you don't live close, it is worth a trip, but call before you go if you are looking for something specific. If you can't go on the day you called, make sure to check when you do go as some items can sell out fast.
