Refill is a nice concept but not for people looking to save money…read more I love the idea of this store but if you're thinking that you can save some $ by refilling your big plastic laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo or vinegar jugs here instead of getting new ones, you'd be wrong. I would love nothing more than to reuse my Costco sized containers of dish soap and laundry pods, if it's in the same ballpark of what I pay at the store. Sadly, it is not even close. They really have a nice variety of items but you're paying luxury prices for basic household cleaners, soaps and lotions. Vinegar is 15¢/oz at Refill, compared to 3¢/oz at Walmart! Off brand laundry pods are $32 for 100! Epsom salts are 16¢/oz at Refill, compared to about 2¢/oz at Costco! This is a novelty store that caters to people who want to feel good about paying more for their household cleaners, not meant for us regular folks trying to do a good deed while also being economical.

Randy's Do It Best Hardware store is why we still need small town/locally owned hardware stores!…read more At the time of this review I've had keys made, bought screws two different times and bought a pressure relief valve for my water heater. I've also inquired on things. There's always someone available to assist you and they're always friendly especially Randy! Nothing against Lowe's but service is way better here. I can't speak on how prices compare to somewhere like Lowe's or Home Depot but if I need a hardware type item and I'm home this is my go-to' place since they are only 5 minutes away. When I went to buy screws I showed an associate what I needed and they bagged them up for me. Also, I feel like the associates here are better trained than Lowe's or Home Depot. The store is clean, associates are friendly and you don't have to walk all over creation to find what you need!

In seeing the "knife of the week" videos that Christian shares on social media, I learned that Randy's was a Benchmade dealer so I took the knife into the Timberville store to get feedback on what could be done. To my surprise, Christian took care of sending the knife back to the company for repair. Although I also receiving shipping notifications from the carrier, Christian also contacted me directly to let me know when it was back. The knife is as good as new! Thanks so much for being a great locally owned retailer that focuses on providing outstanding customer service!

They got a couple options that sounded good. The two gals working were nice. The sandwiches were mid, nothing special. I got one on a hot-dog bun sized "sub roll" and pops got three slices of turkey, two slices cheese, two slices bacon on two white pieces of bread - toasted. Two sandwiches, two bags of chips, and two bottles of water was bout 25$. They got books, toys, soaps, candy, chips and sodas, and local meat and cheese for sale, and some tobacco products. Looks like a country store and a second hand shop - had some ol furniture, antique-looking stuff reasonably priced , some quilts and crochet for sale. Didn't have a negative experience, but if I'm in the area and looking for food, I'd keep driving. Left hungry and unwilling to drop another 25$ for us to get two more sandwiches, chips, and water.
