Their 'excuse' started with: "We don't have a public bathroom" I pressed that I was about to have an accident and needed a restroom, and that I was a paying customer, not 'the public'. Their response? "Our bathrooms are not ADA compliant". As IF I needed ADA compliance, I certainly was not in a wheelchair or other needs for access. In fact, I was looking right at their bathroom as this conversation transpired. If you aren't going to allow bathroom use to your customer, I won't spend my money there. It's just this thing called customer service Went thru this in Tucson, with all the drug addicts and homeless. Tucson started securing bathrooms. Kind of ridiculous here if you ask me. I am thankful they were fair and we could work something out today. They have a lot of great feeds and farm items in their store. These small businesses are few and far between these days. She didn't say goodbye. She didn't say kiss my a&$, She just hung up on me. I called back and she put me on hold. Forever! I called again and asked to speak to the manager and unbelievably, She transferred me to someone named Brian. He was dismissive and talked over me. I highly doubt this girl will ever be counseled about her bad behavior. Unbelievable! I've been going to Somo for many years and I will never ever go back in there again.
